If my son could drive over the Uhaul he would try to help him. I knew over the phone Matt was a kind good person. He was calm which we all needed to hear at the time & professional ! It was like talking to a long time friend . With in minutes Matt solved the problem !! Matt is a true Superhero !!!! One of the reason my son wanted to move to Milwaukee is because of the people . He says everyone is so nice!! Matt obviously wears the badge of honor !!! Thank you so much at the end of the long night my son called & we both said thank god for Matt !!! Wish we had more people like Matt! Thank you ,Thank You ,Thank YOU Matt we are forever grateful!!!!!

So he gets there tells me price is 550 to remove a lock from an storage unit. I told him no way said I pay a cancelation fee or what ever but not paying that price. Then told me a price which is still higher then the other place now im feeling pressured and didnt like the aggressive way he turned on me. So the price is 550 per her per lock. It took 15 minutes. God when did prices get so outrageous. Highway robbery. And btw the dude reeked of pot

You need a locksmith? Aro Lock is the only place I call in Milwaukee. After having done business…read morewith these guys for over 15 years, I trust my properties and tenants to no one else. After all, no matter how big or small the job is, they are willing to take care of me right away. And doing things remotely from Chicago is often not easy, especially in this day and age where no one trusts anyone anymore. But trust these guys, I do, as I have sent them out to re-key properties, assist tenants with key issues, change or repair locks, or to help make my entry easier as a landlord, and they do it all, quickly, and for a fair price. Recently, a tenant called to tell me that the deadbolt needed to be replaced. Sounds easy right? Not when you have the house common keyed to the common doors but individually keyed to the apartments. It wasn't like I was going to go to Home Depot and buy and install a new lock given that complexity. After describing the problem on the phone to Aro- they told me that it sounded like a simple repair versus replacement and quoted me the price over the phone. When the job was done, they called to give me an update. Who does that anymore? And you know they were right. It was just a simple repair job and they took care of it the same day. I know that Aro Lock does more than locks these days; things like security cameras, intercoms, steel doors, high security auto keys and more, but my needs are more simple and they deliver on them time and time again. Too bad Aro Lock doesn't do business in Chicagoland. Because if they did, I know where I would go for all my key and lock needs.
