He refused the paid UPS service of boxing and packing the device, got verbally abusive, and told me he didn't care if I complained about him or his refusing service. I've had nasty encounters in this store before (and clearly many others have from the reviews here.) But I've never been flat-out refused a paid UPS Store service or been chewed out by an employee for asking for one. I have far more respect for myself as a person than "Dude" had for me as a customer. I told Amazon what happened and they changed my return channel to my local Whole Foods store.

I drive 6 miles south to the UPS store in Lincoln Park on North Ave where the staff prints all my labels for $2 total. The end. The owners son comes out TO MY CAR to help me carry heavy boxes.
