Terrible customer service, unprofessional. Received an email the day prior to the porta-potty drop off which provided a delivery window of 8-3. Called at 3:00 that day and was told it would be there by 5:00. Called at 5:00 and was told "they had no idea" when it would be there, they were not responsible for the system generated email that I received, and hung up. I called again and demanded to talk to the driver, who then told me he would probably be there by 10:00 pm. I complained as I had to leave the house at 7:00 pm. He then threatened to cancel the whole thing. I really needed the porta-potty for a party the next day. I was very upset with the whole experience. I do NOT recommend this business. read more

These guys ROCK! This was the second time I've had the absolute pleasure of hiring these guys. The first time, all I needed was for them to remove a small love seat, but I had a pretty tight timeline to do because I was having furniture delivered to fit in it's place. The Crew from Junkitt ( I like how they are unique) were by far the most affordable and responsive. I was just SO pleased with their services, I saved up ALL my junk (well...not ALL - I actually realized just how much junk I really have, and well, it's a process!). So, this time around, I needed my sofa removed, and in order to make the minimum visit charge ($90.00) worth it, I asked for a couple of additional things as well: yard debris removed (although my pups are small, they're destructive), and about 2x2 square feet of junk (the products of cleaning out a couple of closets - WHY do I keep so much junk!?!). Scheduling: Was a breeze. I scheduled via email. I had actually been asking for information, and they didn't even make me fill out a form. I asked for the time I was interested in, I got a email confirming it, and I was even able to change it for a more convenient time a few days later, all through email them. They were super responsive and incredibly easy to schedule with. Service: Fantastic. I really can't say enough good things about Marcus and his partner. They called when they were about 30 min away, as well as when they were about 10 mins out (as I had requested, because I had to corral the dogs). They divided and conquered and did each thing I had asked for - super expediently. I even asked them to go back and clear out just a little bit more yard debris I found under a table I left in my yard, and they were happy to do so. Marcus and his partner did a fantastic job in just 20 minutes!!! Price: Really very affordable. I showed them everything I needed and they quoted me on the spot for $200 total. I was able to purchase a groupon $200 worth of services for $125 on groupon (it's a pretty good service for homeowners).I added a bit more for gratuity as these guys work really hard, and they deserved something for themselves. Marcus and Dominique have just left my friend's Chicago condominium with a sectional sofa, a chair, and a 1000 pound weight machine (a "surprise" added after they got here). They arrived on time with smiles on their faces, and those smiles never faded despite the second floor walkup and tight corners (which they negotiated without making a mark on the condo's freshly-painted walls). I called last nite around 7pm to set up the appointment and they picked it up this morning during the 2 hour pick-up window.
