Antoine and Courtney were extremely respectful, very careful with my furniture and accommodated any request I made (I needed to clean the purchased item before putting in location). They were on time and completed the job within 30 minutes of their estimated time quoted! I HIGHLY recommend using their service, you will not be disappointed! I provided my own supplies and asked them multiple times to use them first, and they still didn't. Poorly packed multiple items resulting in torn upholstery, broken lamp, mugs, etc. They stacked heavy furniture on top of boxes which resulted in some getting crushed. I hired a different company to unpack, and they commented on how unprofessional and bad the job was. I moved in October 2025, and I have still not been able to get a refund despite buying their insurance. What a scam. I strongly recommend you find anyone else to help you move. I tried reporting them to the BBB. They reply saying they're working with the customer, and it's been a month since I've heard anything from them. They are not interested in making things right.

The…read moregreatest thing that you could've done was simply acknowledged how unprofessional your business was, apologized and acknowledge that this was not your best work. But instead, you choose to justify and add completely untruth statements about what occurred, especially regarding the service I purchased versus the service you rendered.. I advised you that I was doing a full two bedroom home move, and what I had to move was significantly less than that. You weren't there to witness the absolute chaos . As a you called after the 3 hours delay in response to my threat to cancel to offer an apology, I'm unclear as to why you are now trying to resend that in an effort to cover your unprofessionalism. At any rate, you are miserable, your company is unprofessional, and sadly you appear to be biting off of the good name of J. I. T. (Just In Time Movers) who I undoubtedly thought I was getting, but ended up with your unscrupulous and unprofessional company. At the very least, ensure that you are present before you start defending behaviors and actions that you were not present for, but clearly felt compelled initially on the phone to apologize for. Sadly, you have not addressed what was stated with regards to my GRANDSON having to assist and being expected to, the unprofessional conduct of your staff and your children running amuck throughout my house as child laborers. Additionally, my daughter said almost nothing to anyone because she was so irritated and disgusted with the entire process. I'm just glad that this experience is in the past for me, however I STRONGLY SUGGEST that future potential clients look at the pictures that reflect what was my horrible reality . I'm sure they say 1000 more words than I ever could. It's sad that you can't just accept that this was an absolute disaster and acknowledge that YOU WILL DO BETTER TO SHOW UP PROFESSIONALLY with and for future customers. ***Your response is a COMPLETE FABRICATION...
