They used old ripped up blankets to cover items. They broke and scratched multiple pieces of furniture. They broke a marble table and gave my daughters grandmother $50 as replacement. When I spoke with Rashunda, the supposed manger about this. I told her that wouldn't replace the table. Her quote to me was "we would go bankrupt if we replaced everything that was broken or damaged." That there tells you everything you need to know about this company. They break A LOT of peoples belongings. I told her that is unacceptable, people hire them expecting them to take good care of their things. They also charge by the hour. That is fine as long as their workers are working. Ours were not, they were on their phones have of the time allotted in the quote. I told Rashunda that she should compensate for that. We were charged for 6 hours and 3 of those hours were used for personal phone time. I was told she would get a call back with a resolution and I never heard anything back. We also emailed them pictures of the damaged items. Again heard nothing back. This company should be out of business for handling customers they way they do.

Was quoted for 6hrs worth of work at $180 an hour which would be…read more$1080, they only worked 5 hrs and still I got charged the full amount and they didn't apply the $200 deposit towards it, I have tried contacting them never got a response, paid $1080 shouldn't have been that much of I paid a a $200 deposit it should have been only $880 plus they only worked 5 hours so minus another $180 so $700 total but here is proof with the receipts!!! And now the owner Richard Ralph won't respond because he knows he is in the wrong!! I will be contacting pink zebra corporate office to get his franchise revoked!!!
