It is quite important to ensure you have those skills in someone when you are a first-time home buyer. You will hit the lottery if you use Bobby Papadopulos as your loan officer. There are not enough words to express the upmost gratitude and satisfaction with his services or his team. There are so many people in this industry for quick cash and possibly the wrong reasons. Bobby is the complete opposite. I was more than defeated in the home loan process. After a random yet quick search on Yelp, I found Bobby and decided to message him. I see why he has five stars. Although skeptical, because who is perfect? I have seen perfection in his abilities. Bobby allowed me to call him at 7:00 AM, through tears and disarray coming from my end, he stated, "I will help you". My situation was far from easy, he decided to still help us. Through diverse companies not explaining the process or requiring funds without explanation, Bobby held our hands throughout this entire process. From day one to closing day and beyond, Bobby does not leave you. He takes the time to explain to you what is occurring, why it is occurring and how to ensure a successful closing, organize finances and better yourself. He is extremely patient and understanding. He has worked in his personal time to guarantee deadlines would be met and satisfied. Without being local to me, he communicated with agencies near me to get the work done. Five stars does not compare to the amount that he and Contour Mortgage deserves. He has completely changed our lives for the better. Bobby is someone I wish was in every field not just the mortgage company because he brings professionalism, kindness, and perception. If you are looking for a home, find a home with a person who cares about your wellbeing above all. That will shape your mindset for your new journey- Bobby is the person to set you up on the right path. I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I cannot recommend Craig Paulson highly enough!…read more I was going through a very challenging personal situation when I started my apartment search, and Craig treated me with immense kindness, empathy, and respect from day one. He went above and beyond to show me a lovely apartment in Brooklyn--complete with a private backyard--owned by a wonderful mother-and-son landlord team. But what truly set Craig apart was his dedication: he was quick in responding to communications and stuck with me through the entire application process, guiding me through every detail until the keys were in my hand. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a stressful time into a successful move. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. I enjoyed having conversation with him on a daily basis from my office. He was on top of the mortgage process and made us close with a good company who cared about us. Since this review is not for MTG, I will not mention their name. The bank was good, and Reza got us couple of discounts to make my deal even better. I heard many horror stories of bad Realtors, or real estate transaction, but mine was nothing but happy and smile. At closing table every one was happy, we did have minor issues, but he easily solved them, and made us and the seller happy. The rate was great, the payments were affordable, and the most important thing, Reza was with my family and I every step. I would refer him and his company to all my friends, and family. I would even buy another house from him if I can afford another one.... J.A.

Within just one week, we got more than 10 offers, many above asking price!! We took the offer we liked the best and proceeded with the deal. Our biggest obstacle was cleaning out the house, so Abigail and George referred to us two great companies to help out. They also continually checked in the whole time, to see if we needed any other help whatsoever. When we lost an important paper, Abigail helped us get another copy and even printed it out for my Dad since she knew he was busy cleaning up and might not even have a printer working anymore. Abigail said she thought of my parents like her own and she meant it 100%! On the final day when they had to hand over their keys, my parents still weren't fully done cleaning out, so Abigail herself helped move things and disassemble things (I'm sure George would have too, but he was at another appt). You are lucky that your careless realtor did not break the 2k AC unit. It's never wise to push any electronics to the limit. You are responsible if you break it. Just a friendly reminder. A good salesperson would never say the things she did. It's always better to accept your mistakes and see if you can do better in the future.
