Peter and his team helped me 4 years ago When i was about to do a closing on my house in queens. I was working with another mortgage company for 4 months and they started playing games 2 days prior to closing. They wanted an extra $ 30,000 in closing cost from me. My attorney did not like this guy from the get go and told me that he is really shady. When they started asking me for this fee my attorney told me about Peter and said forget this company. He told me Peter is a straight shooter and will tell me within 30 min if I would be able to get mortgage on this house. What an incredible team. I walked into this process having little to no knowledge of how to purchase a home. So I did what any person does in this day and age - googled it. Three years ago, I contacted Peter regarding a mortgage my parents had and it was the best decision we ever made. My parents had a mortgage with Chase at an APR of 6.25% and wanted to redo the mortgage for a lower rate. They were paying about $1,100 a month and thought if they can redo it for around 4% they can save a couple hundred dollars a month. Low and behold after completing the paperwork with Chase, they said there was nothing they can do for my parents and they were denied. This is when I contacted Peter and he really came through for my parents and got them an APR of 4.25% and got their monthly payments down to about $735.
