I am fighting to get my earnest deposit back because of Manuel Gonzalez and mortgage 300. Imagine denying the loss after I was approved by the bank just because they couldn't generate a proper closing document for a coop. You work hard for your money and you shouldn't wast it with them. Lesson learned go to a bank or a legit know lender company. read more

I cannot find Mortgage 300 and my initial point of contact was Manuel. We were told that the company closes co-ops and that they had 20 years experience doing so. Manuel left Mortgage 300 in May 2019. 8 months later, the day before closing we were told that Mortgage 300 doesn't close co-ops and doesn't have the right software to do so. If Manuel doesn't work for Mortgage 300, then he should remove the name from his Yelp page; but when we spoke initially he was listed as a co-owner. I don't know where the blame lies, all I know is my family could lose our 10% down payment, we lost our dream home because the seller is sick of waiting, we lost our affordable apartment because we thought we were closing and we lost a lot of money. My entire family is effectively homeless thanks to Mortgage 300. A formal complaint has been filed by family against Mortgage 300 with our state government and legislator. If you really want financing for your home do not use Mortgage 300. They are very unreliable and they lied to our face about what kind of financing they provide. There is a special place in hell for the owners of this company. I don't know if Manuel was forced to say that he closed co-ops, I don't know who to blame, but do not use Mortgage 300 ever! read more
