Very very efficient. I needed to print a poster for a workshop I was attending, and I was trying to see if I could get something cheaper than the expensive FedEx. I messaged them on yelp and got responses within the hour. I needed it printed in 24 hours, they got it done within the same day, even when the size was not a custom size.The quality of the poster was top-notch, and it did not break my bank. The owner even provided me with a cardboard canister to put my poster in, since I had to fly with the poster. I saw that they had few reviews, but all of them were fantastic ones, and rightly so. I had a bit of an emergency when my previous printer fell through and I needed 700 booklets printed in less than a week. Ray was extremely helpful. He did a couple of sample booklets so I could compare paper. He gave me some great advice on how I could tweak the document so it would print better and he finished the job in plenty of time. Prodigy is fantastic. This was my first time printing a book and they helped me through the entire way. I also printed business cards with them. Both turned out amazing. -Responsive. They often replied to my emails before work hours. -Knowledgeable. They knew the terms, made them simple for me to understand, and presented options I wasn't aware of. -Efficient. From returning proofs to printing the actual business cards and books, they were very fast. -Personal. They aren't like FedEx or UPS where you turn in a file and pick up the product. You get to go in, talk with Ray (who is such a cool guy) and talk about your goal for the project. He'll make suggestions and work with you, not just for you. -Great prices. I didn't think I would ever be enthusiastic about a printer, but my experience with Ray at Prodigy Press was extraordinary. I had to print 700 certificates for a local elementary school, and because of a tight budget, didn't think I'd be able to get them printed in color. Every other printer I contacted didn't come close to meeting my spending limit, and I had basically resigned myself to printing on cheap paper in black and white. Thankfully, I reached out to Prodigy Press based on their high rating, and was so impressed with Ray's quick response time, as well as his assurance he could do the job within my budget. It was such a fantastic deal, I was nervous it would be too good to be true. However, when I picked up the certificates (they were ready the next day!), they were of extremely high quality -- on thick card stock and beautifully printed in-color. I had my kids with me, and the woman there (sorry, I can't recall her name) engaged with them while I paid, and then even carried the box out to the car for me so I could wrangle my boys! I cannot recommend Ray and Prodigy Press highly enough! I actually hope I have future printing jobs so I can work with them again. As long as I am in this area, I will never use another printer!
