Even though we had never met, I trusted Ray to take care of the Advanced Reader copies of my novel. I'm honestly super impressed with Prodigy Press. The owner, Ray, is very quick to respond to a quote. Less than a day later of getting the quote, my partner and I went to Prodigy Press to get our programs printed. We wanted 250 copies with 40 pages, colored. Ray managed to get this done in less then 3 business days! Ray was able to produce high-quality programs and printed them very quickly at such a reasonable, affordable price! I've contacted a lot of bigger companies such as FedEx and Rush Print, but the prices and speed just did not compare to Ray's. Ray was super kind and friendly. He gave us sample prints of the program to see whether we'd like the finishing product--I think that's the one thing customers are worried about when getting printing done. I was referred to them for wedding printing by a few friends of mine and they were extremely responsive, helpful, honest, inexpensive, fast, and high quality printing. I used them to print all of my wedding paper needs which was just a few individual signs and larger quantity of programs. I pulled up to the storefront on a rainy day because after seeing the initial quote I wanted to see the paper in person to validate the color of it. My company has gone to these guys for all kinds of printing jobs - greeting cards, brochures, flyers, certificates. They are a small operation, which means they get back to you quickly and you're not dealing with some vast online support system, yet they have quick turnaround and are great about helping you edit images if it needs to be cropped a tiny bit or anything to fit perfectly onto their sheets of paper. Ray is professional yet friendly and great to work with. Quick tip about greeting cards: if you want them to look professional, always ask for them to be folded. It may take a day or 2 longer because they have to send it to an outside company, but it's worth it. If you fold it yourself, the edges somehow NEVER line up right and you can always tell it's "homemade". read more

Prodigy Press. Boy oh boy. Do you guys like print experts? Great quality? Fantastic prices?! Then prodigy press is the place for you. They're extremely personable, trustworthy and honest. It's a great family run business and Ray is just so amazing. The office is modern and clean. I've had multiple projects come through my pipeline where I've used them frequently. One occasion, there was a horrible print shop that had misquoted the job for 200 booklets for my friend's grandmother's funeral. Initially, they said it was to be $250.. but then the project came out to be $1000. I was shocked. On top of that, they said that their printer is also low on toner so there will be a green tint. Best they could do was lower it by 10%. I called up Ray and asked him about my project and he said that he can take it day of and have it ready the next day (day of the funeral). I have done business with Prodigy Press for many years now. They are the standard for how printing and customer service should be handled. I especially like the fact that they are constantly going above and beyond, such as last minute rush orders that I get to them, or custom design jobs. The delivery is also excellent, they have delivered orders to us extremely late at night, or very early in the morning (at my request). I run a relatively small business and they have always been there for us. I also like supporting family run businesses such as these. The prices are also extremely fair. The only negative aspect I can say is their location has recently changed and can be a little far out for some people I could see. But, they do deliver almost anywhere and will stay open later for business. read more

I found Prodigy after a pretty terrible year-long experience with a different local printer. This is apparently a new location or something. They don't even have a sign up or anything so it can be hard to find, but it's worth the effort. The customer service here is extremely nice. The first time I came they gave me a tour of the facility and explained how everything worked so I better understood the process (since I'd be coming here a lot over the next several months). I cannot recommend Prodigy Press highly enough. They are very responsive (I always got quick answers to my emails), courteous, helpful, honest, inexpensive (it was such a good deal, I swear I felt guilty!), fast, and deliver quality products. I used them to print all of my wedding paper needs: invitations, programs, menu cards, escort cards. I called for an initial quote, and Alicia was so patient and thorough in answering my questions and breaking down the costs for each item. I wanted my invitations printed on white Kelly Paper. I mentioned that I would buy paper on my own and bring it to the store, but Alicia told me that Prodigy actually stocked Kelly Paper and that the paper would be included in the price of printing! (FYI they have other paper types too; I wanted my menu cards on kraft paper, which they had.) Amazing! Saved me so much time and money! Not only are their actual printing prices very reasonable, but they have no cutting fee! Oh and I was also able to use their 20% Yelp discount. :) I was able to get printed proofs for everything so I could make adjustments before they printed my entire order (proofs are free if you end up ordering with them). I can tell that Prodigy Press cares about their customers and is very attentive, because on my proofs they noted where I made some mistakes! :) The color quality and sharpness of my prints were great (see my photos for examples). I needed super quick turnaround times for things and they delivered each time. Alicia even said she could leave my finished prints outside their door for me to pick up after work, since I couldn't make it to their store by the time they closed. Superior service and quality! I based my business experience with the following: 1. Customer service: Ray was personable, patient, and helpful via over the phone, e-mail, and in person. I originally phoned in to inquire bridal invitation print-outs and he had requested for me to e-mail my design directly to him to avoid wasting gas and time. He gave me constructive feedback to ensure I would be happy with the final results. In all, he responded in a prompt manner and showed he cared about what I wanted; this is very rare in the business world these days. Companies need to EARN their customer's business and respect, and Ray surely earned mine! 2. Quality: The quality of his work was superior.
