Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away

Upon dropping off the wheels, I was met with a very friendly individual who was honest and straightforward. I dropped my wheels off and the next day they're ready as if they've never been damaged. Pricing was very fair for these wheels, since they're forged and brushed, at $185 per wheel. Absolutely glad these guys are around. From damaging my wheel Saturday to having them repaired by Tuesday is a true blessing from the Lord. 5/5

This one looks like it's been around for a while, as the inside is a bit more "used" than others I've frequented lately. They open at 0800 yet I got there at 0730 with only one other person waiting. They waited till the exact time of 0800 to open any doors. However at that time there was a swarm of individuals that had arrived and started lingering to the doorway, luckily at least a few of the Red Shirts recognized who arrived first, and help me and the other lady out before the others. I was in and out in about 20 for a tire that was losing air. Good guys on site, they even tried to relearn my tire location for the TPMS system, tho it's still not functioning. It's beyond their capacity, as it's not all 4 sensors being dead. Close to my office, this will be where I go again.
