Gonzalo knows his stuff! We moved into a new house and one of the garage doors wasn't working as well as the remotes and keypad. We called another company and a nice young man came out to the tune of $500 and all we got was a new remote for the gate which we did not need. He told us the garage door needed a new motor and a new keypad which would cost over $1000. Gonzalo realized the problem right away. An LED light bulb had been used to replace the old bulb which caused a problem with the signal. He took the bulb out and it worked like magic. He programmed all of the remotes, fixed the door and the got the keypad working for $95!!! Everything is working like a charm.
