Best Value Garage has done it again, quality work and a fair price! Was having problems with our garage closing properly and had to force close it for the past 2 weeks. Rick was great about giving advice over the phone to troubleshoot it but suddenly the motor for our 3rd car garage completely went out. So I called Rick to the rescue. His technician, Ozzy, came and installed a replacement and was able to pinpoint the problem with my 2 car garage which ended up being "bad sensors". He changed them out, greased the creases of door, did a reset of system and programmed remotes to ensure all work was complete before leaving. Ozzy was great! I live in a condo complex where the garages are detached from the units and are all in a row. The area where the garage doors are at has a slope to it. The homebuilders did not grade each garage door section, so the door itself needs to have a special attachment to deal with the slope. In other words, a custom door. Many garage door guys wouldn't even consider working on it because of the custom nature of it. I did my 3 estimates but Rick seemed to be the most reasonable of the bunch, and stated he would be involved in the installation also.
