Can't be happy enough and recommend 24/7 garage door service. Garage tension spring broke when came home from work and next morning Sean was there and fixed in 35 minutes. Was respectable, informative, and helpful. Tried to upsell and I wasn't able to and he was respectful of my decision and that is something I respect of a company. Leaves the decision up to the customer and still completes the work without making you feel like you are wrong. We all have budgets to work in and I appreciate that very much. Work was great. Showed me what was fixed and had me check to make sure everything worked fine before he left. Highly recommend for your needs. read more

Excellent, professional, thoughtful customer service. The springs needed to be replaced on both garage doors. David was so professional and courteous. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and when it was done he showed me the work and how perfectly my garage doors were opening and closing. He also taught me what to look out for. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, I had been bracing for impact as every single home repair is scary. No dooms day news. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the value. After 4 months I cannot open garage. Found out the tech only install 1 spring instead of 2. I have been calling and was passed from person to person. After more than a week garage is still not fixed. I guess they do not live up to their satisfaction guaranteed promise. Finally tonight someone came after more than a week wait but demanded I pay $250 to look at what's wrong. He said the parts have warranty but I have to pay for the labor. I told him I already paid $488. So he ended up leaving since I was not willing to pay. His supervisor called me and said he will be taking over from now on and will be here the following morning at 9 am. Will provide update. read more

We had a spring broken on our automatic garage door. They came out the same afternoon and did a great job of replacing the bad one. The guy that came was very passionate about providing high quality certified garage door service and was able to tell me why he did everything he did. They also lubricated the door for free and were able to put a handle on my manual garage door. The price was reasonable and they didn't try any of the usual garage door scams where they try to get you to replace your opener. They also were able to provide springs that they think should last 15 years rather than the usual 10. These guys were really great - I would highly recommend them. read more

First time I needed my garage checked out because it stopped working. I always rely in Yelp to help me find a business for anything. Upon scrolling I did find a lot of other businesses that fix garage doors but what got me to check our 24/7 Riverside Garage Doors was honestly the name lol. Since I live in Riverside I decided to use this company. I called and they answered quickly and was able to have someone come out on a Monday evening within 2 hours of calling. Michael was the one to come and check out my garage door. He was knowledgable and I could tell he knew what he was dealing with and talking about. Though he spoke moderate English, I was able to comprehend what he was saying just fine. Thank you 24/7 Riverside Garage Inc. for your help tonight! Reliable and fast! read more

Tom and his crew did an amazing job! He was the fastest to get in touch with me when I requested a quote and his prices were very fair. Also, his team has the fastest turn around time for being able to come out and Instal our new garage door and in only 2 hours! They removed the old broken door as well and cleaned up after themselves. I even had a little issue I noticed with a wire that was connected to my security system the looked scuffed up because of the wiring for my garage. And as soon as I mentioned it to him, he came out the next day with a crew to fix it. Tom your work was amazing, but I was most impressed by your customer service. Thank you and we will definitely refer to our friends and family. read more

I had problem with my garage door. It would not close. I contacted the company and Michael was the one who came to take a look at it. He readily found the problem. He gave me a free quote. I said I was going to think about it. He said he was fine with that. He didn't pressure me into agreeing for him to fix it. After thinking about it later, I decided to have him do the job, so I called him to come back to do it. He did it in about 10-15 minutes. After he was done, he checked everything, including the motor. Everything else was working fine. Michael did a good job. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this company. This is a small family-owned business, and local, which in my opinion, we should support. read more

I appreciate 24/7's communication and reliability being a garage service repair company that is available even in our most inconvenient day (open garage door off track on a weekend). Although the issue repeated itself again just the other night (garage door off the track), I felt the need to contact someone else for another opinion. I conveyed what the 24/7 tech had told me to the other company I called and how the 24/7 tech was trying to sell me something I probably didn't need. Yet with my continued problem I felt that might be the case, but the other company's garage tech diagnosed the issue right away and repaired it for 1/3 of the cost less. The three stars for this review is for the 24/7 tech trying to upsell me parts that I didn't need and for not diagnosing the issue as to why my garage door came off the track to begin with. read more

Thank you for saving the day!! I backed out of the garage and the garage wouldn't shut. It was stopping have ways and then all of a sudden it fell off the rails.. it was 4:58 pm and I needed to leave but without closing the garage door. I called the number on yelp and spoke to a woman who said it would be $20 to visit and diagnose and then that $20 could be applied to the work needed to be done. She said a rep Named Nick would call me to let me know what time he could arrive. Within 2 min, Nick called me to say he was 10 min away and had about another 10 min with his client and he'd be on his way. Nick should up in 23 min! Very impressed! He met with my husband, and placed the garage back on the railings! The price was reasonable especially for being an emergency! I'm not sure if he guarantees his work but I will definitely give this company a call again if needed! Thanks for responding so quickly. I was nervous I was going to have to sleep with the garage door open! read more

They were very responsive and came out within 2 hours of my request. It's been 18 years since I had worked done on a garage door, so I had sticker shot on the cost of the repair but I guess that's inflation. Ilya was very friendly and Completed the work quickly. And then he explained how the panel broke and advised I would need a new one eventually. I was completely satisfied with the work. read more

Technician didn't wear a mask which was understandable given he was working on closed garage but he was fast and did an awesome job.

It was a Blessing to find Tom on Yelp. I had my garage done 2 years ago from another company and it had stopped working. When I called the other company today, they gave me a price which I thought was really high and mentioned they were not available for a week. I found Tom on Yelp and he showed up the same day with a much lower price than the other company. He showed up on the time promised and checked all parts before leaving. I am very pleased with the price and service I received today! read more
