Excellent Service - Professional, Reliable, and Highly Recommended! Today I had three garage door openers replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free. He was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Adam arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood the options and what was being done. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the job and paid attention to every detail. Another thing that really stood out to me was how clean and respectful he was while working. He kept the work area organized and cleaned everything up when the job was finished. It's refreshing to have someone come into your home who takes pride in their work and treats your property with care. All three garage door openers were replaced efficiently, and everything was tested to make sure it was working properly before he left. You can tell that he takes his work seriously and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I highly recommend this garage door company to anyone looking for someone who is professional, honest, dependable, punctual, clean, and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience working with Califix Garage Doors to replace a garage door opener. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Califax Garage Door. After pulling into my garage, I was startled by an unusual, loud noise. Looking up, I noticed that the door opener rod had detached from the wall. Feeling upset and frustrated, I turned to Yelp and called Califax because of their 5-star reviews. They answered immediately and within 30 minutes, Sam and the technician (sorry forgot his name) arrived. They were both very professional, helpful, and friendly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed everything within another 30 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated that there was absolutely no upselling -- just honest recommendations and genuine service. They even took care of a few additional fixes while they were here. Given the pleasant experience, I will absolutely call Califax again for any future garage door concerns. I've already recommended them to several friends because their service genuinely impressed me. I thank God that there are still businesses that truly understand the heart of customer service. read more

Switched both my ceiling mounted garage openers and my 2-car and 1-car garages to liftmaster 98022 side mounts. Not only were they efficient but also offered extremely competitive pricing and extended service warranty for 2 years over the traditional 1 that most other companies offer. Adam had to do some additional work to properly fit our 2-car garage spring and bar to accommodate for the side mount but did that free of charge as well. Always appreciate the above and beyond service. They provided me with an extra remote as well which was always nice. Also advised me to use the dedicated garage door lubrication rather than traditional WD-40 which causes oxidation and rust to build up. Nice extra tip to know. read more

This review is only for the quote I received through Yelp so far. Very fast reply to my request. He said he could send someone out to give a free estimate but I clarified I had sent two pictures and was hoping for a quick rough range/estimate on replacing the spring that had broken to a single door garage door. He immediately responded with two prices for different kinds of springs and the warranty associated with each. Excellent customer service/first impression so far. I am passing on these helpful information to my brother. I really like their transparency so far. Thank you! read more

I don't leave reviews often, but this one was earned. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled the way you'd hope a home service company would operate. They showed up exactly when they said they would, explained every option without trying to upsell me, and the installation was done with real attention to detail. The new garage door looks incredible, runs whisper quiet, and completely changed the appearance of my home. The crew kept the work area spotless, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was adjusted and tested before they left. What stood out most was the technicians professionalism and honesty. Good communication, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and no surprises. It's rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but these guys did. If you're comparing garage door companies, save yourself the time and call them first. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. read more

If I could give Califix Garage more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Our garage door suddenly stopped working over the weekend, and we thought we'd be stuck paying outrageous emergency rates. Instead, Califix Garage came out the very same day, gave us an incredibly fair price, and had everything repaired faster than I could have imagined. What impressed me the most was their honesty and integrity. In a true emergency, it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation and charge a premium because it was the weekend--but they didn't. They treated us fairly, explained everything clearly, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. The owner is fantastic--professional, honest, friendly, and genuinely cares about taking care of customers. It's rare to find a company that combines exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and high-quality work like this.
