The garage door on one of our properties was not working and our tenants needed immediate assistance. After reviewing several companies on yelp we decided to call Garage Doors Express for help. Not only did they provide us with a reasonable quote over the phone ( many other places wanted to charge a service fee prior to giving an estimate) but they also responded immediately to the job. Within the hour of the call their service tech was at the property and completed the repair in less than two hours. Work was complete, parts and service came with a guarantee. I recommend Garage Doors Express and would use them again in the future. read more

I was advised of an arrival time between 1100-1300. They showed up at approximately 1230. The install was fast and efficient. The price was more than reasonable and they did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to replace their garage door. read more

Spoke w/Albert to set up a time for a garage door installation. Albert gave me a price and set up for 2pm. Gave him address and told him my husband would meet him. No show at 2pm, husband waited 30 minutes and left. Called Albert 4 times, no answer, my husband tried twice before he left. 2 guys showed up at 4:30pm and they were buzzed/high on something. Tenant called me I spoke with a Carlos, who could barely comprehend what I was saying. I told him that his services were not needed. Also, the 2 guys told my tenant they were there to fix the garage door springs, not to install the garage door opener. So much for the 5 star yelp reviews! Note: This was a Sat. and pouring rain, originally thought making an appointment 1 1/2 hours after I had called was a good thing. Bad experience! read more

Alberto was quick to respond and gave me good suggestions on replace vs repair an old garage door opener. His price was very reasonable in line with market after we compared with a few other companies. It comes with 5 year warranty too. He immediately came out and replaced my garage door opener in one hour. 5 star for efficiency and reliability. read more

Alberto was the fourth company I contacted. He offered the best product and great prices. He promptly answers calls and text messages. He was polite and worked with me to design the garage doors we wanted. He was able to install in just three days. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned the entire work area, programmed my remotes and my MyQ app. The doors look amazing, we are extremely satisfied customers. Finding organizations with this high level of customer service and work ethic is rare. There are several garage door companies that use the word Express in their name. Be sure you call this company: Garage Doors Express with Alberto as the owner. If you need garage doors, repairs or door openers call him, you won't be disappointed. read more

Our garage door broke on Thanksgiving and would not close so we immediately came on yelp to find someone who could come next day.....Alberto was the first to respond ON Thanksgiving of all days! He told us he'd come the next morning, which he did. We thought we had to pay an arm and a leg for the repair but ended up paying way less than we thought it would be. Albert came immediately to help me in Ontario on a Sunday. My garage door had a broken spring and it would have been very dangerous if I kept using it. He had a fair price and was easy to talk to. Albert is a nice guy. He was willing to travel out of the area to service our door. He was running a little late, but he called to let us know which we found refreshing. The fact that he gave us a specific appointment time was nice, there is nothing worse than the 6 hour window that the cable company and like give us. read more

Middle of my garage door was buckling and wouldn't shut properly. I called at 12 noon and they were at my place at 2:30. Kelly came out and added a couple braces to the door, and went through and serviced everything, plus showed me some basic maintenance that I probably should have known. The garage works perfectly now, and because of his servicing, runs a lot quieter now. Definitely recommend calling if your garage needs attention read more

Not only they did nit fix the problem, they charged for unneeded springs. I would say they approach the swindling category.

Review based solely on company failing to respond ..... twice via messaging. They ask to send pictures... I did. Shouldn't have to chase you down for an estimate. Please be better at communicating with potential customers. read more

Our garage door had been making an awful sound for a couple weeks but I just thought it needed some WD-40. Then the spring broke, at night (of course). The homeowner previous to us had Garage Doors Express sticker on the garage door and figured I would call them. I was immediately speaking to Alberto; it was so nice to not have to talk to a voicemail! Because we were able to get the door closed and it wasn't a security issue/emergency we were able to wait until the morning. We scheduled with Alberto for the next morning at 8am. He showed up right on time; completed the job (broken spring) and was reasonably priced. We need to eventually get another garage door motor and will be calling Alberto again!! read more

The owner of the business, Alberto, came back to finish the job of the younger technician and to this homeowner's satisfaction. After I first rated this business, the owner responded and made a fair point that I should call him personally as he is the owner and he is in charge of the business. I called him and we discussed in detail what had initially happened with the garage door opener and Alberto the owner offered to personally come to my house and finish the job of re-connecting my garage door opener. Alberto came by the next day and finished re-connecting my garage door opener to my satisfaction. This owner cares about his business, the reputation of his business, and about making sure that his customers are satisfied. I would definitely use Garage Doors Express services again when my garage doors need service. read more

Hands down to Alberto and his crew for providing excellent service on Christmas Day. We were about to replace some Christmas lights outside and my dad started to open the garage door. All of a sudden we heard a pop and our door along with the rollers fell out. We tried to hang the door back on the rail, but the rollers continued to fall out and the door was bending all over the place. At that point I started to call for emergency service and was skeptical since it was Christmas Day. Garage Doors Express had come to our home once before so I gave it a try. Alberto answered and I explained the situation. He had me take pictures of the situation and within 30-40 mins showed up with his help. They got right to work and fixed the door in less than an hour and the pricing was very reasonable. Alberto then went ahead and offered his advise and explained to my dad what needed to be done in order to avoid this from happening again. So if you want fast, efficient, professional, honest, and reasonable pricing Garage Doors Express and Alberto are the ones to call. Thank you Alberto for saving the day and providing excellent service. read more
