Pro tire on Capital Boulevard you should be ashamed of yourself I came in from 9 AM. I didn't leave until 11 and I only left cause I asked him what's going on. You are allowing multiple people to walk in front of me and they just came in. They have no appointments just allowing them to get service first the person behind the counter said you're getting the oil change for free so basically his excuse is since my oil change is free. I deserve the weight. Racism absolutely playing apart in this. The people that came in with no appointments were white. I'm black. they ask the people that were of color to come back in 3 to 4 hours while I was there waiting, but everyone else will have a different color got served right away then the gentleman behind the counter told me not to come back and I said why because I'm expressing my feelings, I'm noticing that you allow people to get service and I've been here for hours. Very rude. Very disrespectful. Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time. then this clown kept staring at me like I'm supposed to look away or be scared or something . very unprofessional the person I'm referring to is fat and has a ball head a little bit of hair on the side I think you know who I'm talking about . We have had several repairs on several of our vehicles and we have been pleased with the level of service provided. I do no mind waiting for a vehicle as they have a waiting area were I can bring my laptop and do work. The crew is friendly and flexible in scheduling. read more

They charged me over $23 to mount a small utility cart tire. Same as a passenger car tire. I pointed out that they didn't have to balance it. They said the price is the price. New management. I've been going there for over 20 years, but no more. read more

I have a flat tire with BMW Run Flat Tire. The shop do it quick and reasonable price. I am a bit worry about the device inside the tire which monitor the pressure. But after the repair, I drove and check the pressure electronically, it worked fine. Thanks Chris read more

Pro Tire does an excellent job of taking care of my car needs. I have bought tires from them, have had state inspections done at their location and have had oil changes done there as well. I have been using their services for about five years now. I went in there a few weeks ago after I discovered nails in my front tire, which went flat as a result. I put the spare tire on and went to Pro Tire to get a new tire. Chris went out of his way to help me. He remembered me as a repeat customer. Chris called around until he could find the right tire for my car. He had it special delivered so that I could get the tire that Friday and not have to wait until Monday because he over heard me say I was planning to go out of town the next day. Chris worked hard to make sure I would not have to cancel my trip. Within a few hours my new tire arrived at the store and the employees put it on for me plus they checked to make sure none of the other tires had nails in them. Chris was busy that day but still gave each customer top notch service. His knowledge of products and services is really good and he is great at multitasking. I was down visiting my brother, sister-in-law and niece when we discovered a had a flat tire. I had just drove from Charlottesville Virginia to Raleigh North Carolina. I have low profile tires and new I would have a hard time finding one on a Saturday in October and having to go back home the following day. We managed to inflate it and got to Wayne's shop just before it went flat again. He was a life saver! Even though the tire could not be saved, he was able to get me a new tire and had me on the road in 3 hours. It was very affordable and Wayne could not be any nicer! I told him my son is a mechanic and Wayne even offered to speak with him on the phone and explain about my tire and my bent rim. It took an hour and a half (I had an appointment), there was a service charge of 6$, and the customer service was not worth a single penny. We had two tires to replace, one of mine got a cut on the side . However Wayne's son could not place two of the rims on other locations because Wayne said that some parts were missing on the rims. My wife is the one who took the vehicle there. When she was ready to leave the rear tire was missing the insert/the cap. The other mechanic named Sergio was fantastic and fixed the tires properly. The spare tire that was placed under the rear was loose when my wife was ready to leave and Wayne tightened it up. We have been going here for almost 25 years and the prices and labor have always been great. You have to be careful when hiring family. read more

I purchased a deal for three oil changes on living social.com thinking what a great deal, well I had no problems the first oil change except for the long wait, then I did notice that my car had dirt marks on the door areas where the clothe was so I told the manager about it, of which he apologized and used a solvent that cleaned it up. Then I had to bring my car back, so I found out that the seats are covered with plastic before the attendants get in. So I asked one of the attendants why weren't they covering my vehicle with the plastic covers. He just laughed thinking it was funny. After going back a couple of times for work that was not done right like my tire light kept coming on. When I took the car back, I was told that the tires had been overinflated. read more

This place is horrible. Bought a Groupon for oil change and inspection. After 1.5 hours, I had some guy come tell me my tires were bald. He offered me 4 used tires for $180 or he could order me new ones. I thanked him for the heads up (don't have $ for new tires at the time)and he left it at that. 30 minutes later they go to ring me up and say I failed the inspection because of my tire tread. After looking at my tires (not even 20k miles old) I asked him how they measure it. So they demonstrated that for me and it turned out my tread was plenty good. They tried to fail me so I would buy new tires to pass the inspection... The grimy guy up front was trying to play it off but the place is a joke, they will do anything to pry a dollar out of you. Turned out they passed my car even that took another 30 minutes. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and do not spend money here.. Hopefully they go out of business, the place is a dump. And I must note how the guy up front mentions how he follows the books strictly, yet failed me initially, finds out he isn't getting anymore money from me, then passed me bc I called him out. Still haven't decided if I will pusue further action against this disgraceful company. Disappointed in Groupon as well for supporting such a crap company. One word to describe this place for me... HONEST! Wow! the guy was wonderful to deal with. I bought new tires, they fixed my flat so I could make it home that day and bring the care back the next day. i had a conversation with the mechanic- nice guys they know what they are doing. I was afraid to go in there, they need to update the place. Also, there is an older guy there that calls women "doll" and not very nice- he needs to step up to this century. But, the owner and every other person I spoke with were very nice. The prices were reasonable for what I purchased. They came and dropped me off at work and picked me up. Although... I had to babysit that process. My favorite was definitely the guy that owns the place a very nice honest guy! Also, they do all kinds of work there not just tires. They should change the name so, people know that and update the place a bit. They have tons of business and I can see why they are so busy all the time. read more

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I bought a groupon and I wish I never did. Do not buy it unless you want to pay HIDDEN extra fees I had to pay an extra $20. First off, the place had bugs crawling inside the establishment and the man working the desk was smoking in front of the customers, which was unfortunate for me because I am very sensitive to smoke. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and inspection. There wasn't alot of communication about my car so I just had to sit and ponder for 2 hours wondering what was going on with my car. According to their Pro Tire, I failed my inspection due to their lack of time and attention to detail. I did not believe my car would fail inspection, so I went to my trusted car inspection place that actually drove my car around and passed the inspection. On top of that, the man of Pro Tire tried to charge me $80 just for diagnosis. Also, while I was waiting, another customer was complaining about being charged for fixing a part of the car that did not need fixing. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
