He asked about my goals and truly sought to understand exactly what I wanted before giving his suggestions. I asked tons of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. The best part about the experience was he could instantly tell I was shaken up from a previous incident and was so compassionate while still being direct. He talked to me about how to keep myself safe in case of another break-in given the layout of the new house and improve overall house safety in other ways. He even noticed the doors weren't installed correctly and missing tiny parts that make a door super easy to kick in. You don't always get more bang for your buck and it's definitely much more expensive than a DIY Google Nest self install, but I will sleep better at night knowing I got the true expert advice I needed to keep myself and my home safe. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
