Emigdio Dioz was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. We have very large windows across the back of our home that were long overdue for a thorough cleaning, and the difference is incredible. Our windows look absolutely amazing! We were so impressed with the quality of the work that we've already decided to make this an annual service. We've also recommended Bubbles to a family member. Guy was on his phone from the moment he got to the house, and kept mumbling about the "high windows" in the dining room. In the 25 minutes he was at my home, he managed to turn on the outside water and bring in a short ladder. That was it. He was too busy on his phone to do work. After the 25 minutes or more, I told him that he was done, no need to end his phone call. I called the office to complain about the service, and they said "sorry about that, someone will call you later", which they never did. Rated at ZERO stars

So, we had a good impression of the company and asked them to do our gutters - but that was a complete failure. We were originally scheduled for gutter cleaning on a Thursday, 1-5 PM. A little before 1:00 I got a text saying the crew would be there in 45 minutes (about 1:30). When no one showed up by 2:30 I called, and was told the texted time was a mistake, but the crew would be to us at 5:00. At 5:30 I got a call saying they would be there at 6:00. About 6:30 I called to cancel the order, but the office was closed. The crew came at 6:45 and I sent them away. The next day I got an apologetic call offering to reschedule for a morning shift (8-12) and give us a discounted rate. Being gullible, and cheap, I said OK. I got a text at some point during the rescheduled morning saying the crew would be late, and by 12:40 we'd had enough and canceled the order. So, they stood us up a total of 4 times. We'll never know if they would have done a good job because the scheduling process was completely messed up.

We reached out several times to try to work with the owner to have them come back to finish the missed windows, but he just made excuses that they didn't have access and don't clean sills unless we paid them to clean inside and outside both. We sent pictures showing the missed work, and that it was clearly outside and accessible to the crew (as some windows were done and others not), but he made no effort to resolve our concerns. We paid in full and tipped the crew when they left. Very frustrating experience to find the job partially done and an owner who could have cared less.
