After bad experiences at three other reputable shops that treated my wife poorly or tried to take advantage of her because they assumed she didn't know what she was doing, we came here on recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did. Sal is the main person we've dealt with and he's always great. He takes the time to explain what's happening, what our options are, and never pressures us to make a decision we aren't comfortable with. Most importantly, It's always bothered me when we go to a mechanic and they only address me and ignore my wife. Like it's all my decision even when it's her car that needs the servicing. Here, they've always spoken to her directly and respectfully so that she leaves feeling like she's learned more about her car and is confident in the work that is being done. Good, honest work is done here.

I took my parts to Texas Tire and Auto Repair they put them on, I was pleased as punch, but they said next thing to take care of as quickly as possible is the CV Axles the boots are starting to leak, but the next day Sunday the 15 th ,metal on metal sound was progessively worsened. I got my car to the 11 miles rowing range that my car insurance covers because of what I was told by the mechanic about the CVAxle connects to the transmission and it was about to go out. Had to wait hours for tow, got it to the same place because I had also called a mechanic who Was working on a Sunday what should I do, he suggested I take it back in case it was a neglige nt thing on th mechanics fault. My friend and I move lots of heavy valuables off and out of car so it can be left there on the parking lot of the mech. shop overnight ( bad area). Having to find place to stay and then big ordeal to get dropped off early so they could get to work on time I wait for hours for shop to open. The sound was from them not leaving theDust Cover in right place to not fall down and start scratching loudly, was 't even the CVAxle like the mechanic said. Which I also realzing my brand new front end alignment had been thronwn off during the repair from Saturday. So I explaimed to them I will be back for them to repair my car. All week my car pulling hard to the right from their negligent shabby work, I just came from Texas Tire and Auto Repair they argueed that it was not their responsibility to correct the Front End Alignment . They costed so much money and were negligent, as if they we not certified mech's. And get this since I was able to get this done on a late am Friday , no other people were there for repairs. They all stood around all 5 mechanics and not one of them spoke up during the 8 minute arguement that they should have returned my car to me atleast as good as the way I had left it with them + gained mechanics labor wages from two times in 5 days. Not one of these guys said," You know your right, if someome had borrowed something or used something of mine and it came back in bad shape they would have to pay." Not one of them live by good honest standard , or even know right from wrong. Super, Shabby quality work because a real mechanic doesn't cause so many problems trying to get things fixed. First, the Front end alignment they ruined, then telling me the Cvaxle was going out but left the dust cover to make such noise that it caused the tow truck to get invovled, then that they would correct the alignment they ruined afterwards , all of which all the blessing getting to have my patron monies by chanse I was in S Dallas instead of Allen Tx were I had had to go back down to to see if the sounds of metal sckratchs were due to their negligence and because I new they already needed to get on the level with me. DO NOT GO THERE. I ALSO HAD OTHER WORK FOR THEM THEY COULD HAVE DONE BEFORE I LEFT TODAY BUT I SAID TO MYSELF IF THEY DONT GET ON THE LEVEL AND ALIGN MY CAR EVEN AFTER ALL THE OTHER STUFF THEY HAD CAUSED THEN THEY WILL NOT GET TO HAVE MY MONEY. I ALSO TOLD THEM , GOD, KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE DOING, EVEN IF THERE IS HONOR AMONG THEIVES AND , ALL TRUTH IS HUSH-HUSH. I WILL TELL HIM MYSELF, BUT NOT TO WORRY HE WAS WATCHING EVERYTHING ANYWAY, Holy scriptures verse. " Behold, his own eyes beholding his own eyes , examing the hearts of man ." " God, who is all knowing." They seem way too busy at that shop , such low income area , too many people possibly getting took like this. Isnt that what bad intentions people do...? Make themselves readily available to take in this way whenever they can? Oh, yeah, and when I had left about 1:00 ish today they literally had basically not much to do after I had asked them to adjust their ruining my alignment out of all 4 out of 5, I think one rolled a tire out to someone . They had all the time in the world to just. - Do what Is Right.

Another commenter said their car was finished late--maybe once or twice in my entire history of going there has my car been "late" for pickup. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received here, especially because this became a…read moreserious safety concern. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told by the representative that everything had been checked and that my car was in great condition. Approximately 20 minutes after leaving the appointment, one of my tires popped. After having the vehicle inspected elsewhere, I learned that two of my tires were bald and deteriorating from the inside. This was especially concerning because I had just been assured that the vehicle had been checked and everything looked fine. A proper inspection should have identified tires in that condition, particularly when they were deteriorated enough for one to fail shortly after leaving. I also discovered that the filter that should have been addressed during the service was not changed, which raised even more questions about how thoroughly my vehicle was actually inspected. I understand that routine maintenance cannot prevent every unexpected issue, but telling a customer that their vehicle has been checked and everything is fine creates an expectation that obvious safety concerns have actually been reviewed. Driving away with two severely worn tires, only to have one pop 20 minutes later, could have resulted in a much more serious situation. This experience has left me with very little confidence in the quality and thoroughness of the service I received. I would strongly recommend that customers independently verify their vehicle's condition rather than relying solely on the inspection performed here.
