I went to buy my son a Surron light bee x, I had tons of questions and was nervous as a mom for my son to get on such a powerful bike. Ace was patient and professional. He put my mind at ease and made the process fast, easy and enjoyable. The crew made me feel at home the entire time. Will definitely go back for my other sons birthday.

Worst experience ever my wife and I purchased a 2019 Can-AM from Pro Motor Sports at first they were really cool and would answer our phone calls when ever we would call after we signed the contract everything changed . I wouldn't recommend nobody buying from this shop. They sold me a defective Can-Am with a damaged clutch plus I dropped $7,800 for down and they don't want to be responsible for the damages . Took the vehicle back to there shop to get a diagnostic they kept there word they weren't gonna charge me a single dime regarding the vehicle braking down and showing over 4 misfires ( Check engine light on within my first ride ). They call me a week later the bill was coming out to $3,400 because they had rebuilt the clutch with out any authorization of me and my wife's consent plus we never signed any agreement. I ended up leaving the shop with my vehicle really upset how ever they were trying to make us pay that much money or if I didn't they were going to send a bill to My house . I tried speaking to Ace multiple times regarding this issue he just gets mad and hangs up on the phone on us really unprofessional. Never ever again going back there . Case to be proceeded.

Great Customer service! Thanks for helping make our Boy's Birthday special!

Ace was incredible and sold us our first Surron, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire experience.

I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I felt like this one was worth taking the time to…read morewrite. I recently bought a new Yamaha MT-07 from this dealership. Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis. I really appreciate everything you did.

This review is related to the service department at Burt's. I purchased a second hand Husqvarna…read moreFC450 (private seller) that required some detailed factory resetting to change ownership of the electronics package so that the app would work on my phone. I thought this would be an easy process, and other KTM dealers in the area told me as much, but this ended up being a massive headache. Getting this solved required interacting with KTM HQ multiple times to sort things out. Allen at Burt's was super helpful in all of this! He figured out what to do entirely remotely (didn't even bring the bike in) and got the account/ownership sorted out with Husqvarna HQ. This was a massive help for a customer that didn't even buy the bike at Burt's. I'll be going to them for any future service needs for sure!

Told him what I needed done and he told me everything he recommended and everything he didn't think I needed even though he could've made an extra buck off of me. Fully trusted this man and came back and he ran through every nook and cranny with me. If lucky 7 had the part they would've done the maintenance/upgrade. If they didn't have the part, they had the recommendation in where and how to get it. Great impression. I left feeling more confident with my car than when I went in. I'll be back soon. To be honest this was such a great first experience I probably won't go anywhere else.

If you're looking for customer service shop elsewhere…read more I guess when you ask for a detail on your motorcycle, don't expect it to be clean in the most obvious of places. Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. Some advice- don't treat your customer like you know everything. Some of us are smarter than you think. This guys attitude sucks the most. One and done for me. Bring back Mike!
