At no point were we told a credit card would be opened. At no point did we agree to this. This is not a misunderstanding this is completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. This behavior destroys trust and raises serious questions about how this business handles customers' financial information. Monitor your credit, monitor your bank accounts, and think very carefully before giving this company any personal or financial data. Greg will blame you for how dirty it came in if you're not happy with a garbage wipe down. "I think a bird just shit on your bike right now." You see the problem with that is... why does the grime have towel marks running through it?! Hmm- just subpar work. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The Can-Am ultimately received a complete engine and turbo replacement, and the technicians did an excellent job with the repair. The machine is running great, and the quality of the work has given us confidence in taking it back out on the trails. Brian followed through on everything he said he would do and made sure the situation was resolved the right way. Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient.
