We just had our new plank flooring installed, and we are absolutely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. The three gentlemen who came to do the installation were incredibly impressive. They were polite, professional, clean, respectful of our home, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They worked hard, took pride in what they were doing, and left everything looking amazing when they were finished. The workmanship is excellent, and the finished floor completely transformed the room. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better installation crew. A huge thank you to Expert Flooring Solutions and especially to the three installers who worked on our home. You guys did an outstanding job, and we truly appreciate all of your hard work. We would absolutely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and excellent service. Five stars all the way! (LUX floor tile and color is called SAVANNAH) We also had our children's bedrooms re-carpeted with the pink and blue colors they both chose. It could not have come out better. The same goes for our stairs. They look stunning. The gentleman who did all three of our carpeted areas was just as thorough, clean, respectful, and just an outstanding job thank you hector.

Not gonna lie, there's probably at least 1,000 handymen in the valley who could do a great job for…read moreyou. That's not why you should hire Mike & Mike...well not the only reason, because their work is top notch. The biggest reason you should hire them (and I absolutely acknowledge I'm an old man yelling "get off my lawn!" here) is "honesty and integrity." These guys come from the old school of standing by your work and letting it speak for itself. My wife really wanted a fridge with an ice maker but the house we moved into didn't have a water line for that. I was trying to get an idea of what it would cost to have one installed so we could decide whether it was within our budget so we could pick a fridge and move forward with our lives. You would seriously not believe how hard that was. I made it abundantly clear to everyone I talked to that I knew they couldn't give me a binding estimate without actually seeing the project, and I begged for just a guess at a range...would this be somewhere between $200 - $2,000, am I looking at more like $10,000? Am I going to need another mortgage for this? I talked to probably 20 different handymen. 19 of them pretended they had no idea what it might cost and wouldn't even give a ballpark or a range without sending someone into my home so they could use their high-pressure sales tactics to make sure they got my business. They had either never done a job like this before, in which case I didn't want them, or they were lying to me, in which case I also didn't want them. Mike and Mike were the exact opposite. I asked what they expected it would cost, and they made their best guess and gave me a range of the top and bottom end based on really hard or really easy jobs. They were super flexible and easy to work with, and when the job was done they came in at the very bottom end of what they had estimated. They were on time, quick, super respectful, and my wife is smiling ear-to-ear. So yeah, there's plenty of handymen you could hire who will probably do a great job. These two are the only ones I know of who will do that AND be good humans at the same time. Thank you so much, Mikes!

Their attention to detail, timely completion and reasonable pricing have been impressive! Their work is beautiful! I have a project coming up this month and will be contacting Cary to do the job!!

I hired this company to grind and seal 877 sq ft of flooring in my home -- a $6,000 job (over…read more$6.70/sq ft), which I even helped with labor on. The result was an absolute disaster. Every single square inch of my floor is now covered in grind marks that were not there before they started. I only discovered how bad it was once the floor dried and I could actually walk on it. When I raised my concerns, the owner showed no accountability. I reached out to other flooring companies for repair quotes, and to fix this company's mistakes would cost roughly the same as I paid them in the first place. For reference, the going rate for a proper 3-grind seal job is around $4/sq ft -- they charged me $6.70+ for one grind and a destroyed floor. I requested a reasonable partial refund of $2,500 to reflect the difference between what I paid and what the work was actually worth. That request was ignored. On top of that, the owner had the audacity to ask me to write positive reviews for his business -- which I obviously refused. I trusted 25 years of experience to mean quality and integrity. Instead, I got shoddy work, zero accountability, and a floor that now needs thousands of dollars to fix. I'm sure Cary will respond in a way similar to his other 1 star reviews "look at all my perfect ratings." Those reviews do not reflect the caliber of work you will actually receive. Do not hire this company.
