Sergio and his company were great! They installed a concrete patio into our backyard as we were going to get a hot tub installed. They came on time, worked quickly and were very clean. I am extra impressed with the customer service because a few months later we noticed that on one side of the patio water was pooling in a particular area. When I notified Sergio of this issue he came right out and determined it was not properly level on that side, he offered a solution to fix the problem and so far that seems to work. There was no charge for him fixing it and he said to just him know if we still were not satisfied and they would redo the whole side. So far, I don't think that's necessary but I'm just very grateful that Sergio stood behind his craftsmanship and wanted to make it right without a fuss. We were very pleased with work completed by Sergio with RV Concrete and his crew. We had some block wall removed and runners put in place for storing our RV. Sergio responded to my phone call promptly, was able to come the same day for a quote, and was very personable and knowledgable about what he was doing. I had 2 other quotes and he was right in line with them, but his good natured personal touch was the selling point for me. Called and arranged a date and time for an estimate. The night before the estimate date I received a phone call confirming he would be there. Next day did not show up at agreed upon time and finally was able to get him on the phone later that afternoon. He didn't seem to know who I was. I asked him why he had not shown up and he said AHHHH and then nothing else so I canceled the estimate and will find someone else for the job. I had a project that I couldn't complete so I reached out for quotes for help. I had numerous quotes sent to me and Sergio was one of them. You see the concrete around my 20 year old pool was rising minutely and then I needed my Kool deck replaced and an addition to my patio poured, as well as finding out how to fix my cinderblock wall that was corroding from water damage. Sergio won out on all of the quotes, knowledge and understanding of my needs to fix everything. He and his crew worked around the start date because of my work schedule. His crew were at my home by 6am everyday they worked, they were friendly, conscientious, worked hard and never slouched as I've heard of other contractors doing through friends. They ripped out the pool deck and replaced it, they poured pony walls around my cinder wall, they pour a new patio and then removed all of the old kool deck and redid it. They moved and replaced the sprinklers as need. They are an all around fix it company. They cleaned up every day. Sergio explained in detail the procedure of removing the old cement and pouring the new. The concrete looks great and they did an awesome job at matching a section of old cement in our garage with new cement. We just had Sergio install a relatively small portion of concrete along the side of our house. We got a price over the phone and he came out the same day to confirm the price and evaluate the area. We arranged a time and day. He was on time and he got the job done quickly but didn't rush. It looks great. I appreciated his attention to the small things like clean up and putting the decorative rocks back in place. His price was competitive and lower than others we called. I have never had a job like this done before so while I don't have anything else to compare it to I am really pleased with his work and have already recommended him to a friend. I would have given him five stars but I usually reserve those for people I have worked with for a long time. We were very pleased with work completed by Sergio with RV Concrete and his crew. We are installing a shed in our yard and wanted a nice level surface...and that is what we have. Sergio gave us a bid right in line with other quotes, showed up as promised and cleaned by everything when they left. We appreciate the time he took talking to us about his plan, what he needed to do to lay our concrete successfully and a taking time for a little just general chat. For a start time we told them they could come as early as they wanted. The crew showed up about 1/2 hr early and was there and ready to get to work, no wondering when or if they were coming today. Sergio's crew were all very quiet, polite and respectful of our home, yard and neighborhood. Our newly poured concrete is next to our existing wall and they put plastic over the wall to prevent splatter. While this may or may not be standard procedure I know of friends that just had concrete work done ( by someone else not RV Concrete) and they have concrete on the side of their house. Never having seen concrete work finished before this was truly amazing to watch the pad take shape.
