I hired this company to grind and seal 877 sq ft of flooring in my home -- a $6,000 job (over $6.70/sq ft), which I even helped with labor on. The result was an absolute disaster. Every single square inch of my floor is now covered in grind marks that were not there before they started. I only discovered how bad it was once the floor dried and I could actually walk on it. When I raised my concerns, the owner showed no accountability. I reached out to other flooring companies for repair quotes, and to fix this company's mistakes would cost roughly the same as I paid them in the first place. For reference, the going rate for a proper 3-grind seal job is around $4/sq ft -- they charged me $6.70+ for one grind and a destroyed floor. I requested a reasonable partial refund of $2,500 to reflect the difference between what I paid and what the work was actually worth. That request was ignored. On top of that, the owner had the audacity to ask me to write positive reviews for his business -- which I obviously refused. I trusted 25 years of experience to mean quality and integrity. Instead, I got shoddy work, zero accountability, and a floor that now needs thousands of dollars to fix. I'm sure Cary will respond in a way similar to his other 1 star reviews "look at all my perfect ratings." Those reviews do not reflect the caliber of work you will actually receive. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I am with my final product! Floor seasons is unlike any company I have hired during the build of our custom home. Cary did a wonderful job on our new home's garage & interior concrete floors. We're super happy with our new concrete floor and glad we found Cary - he's honest and passionate about producing quality work. He meticulously ground out all imperfections on the surface of our slab left over by construction and the remnants of carpet glue and even the gobs of glue for the linoleum floor we had him rip up.
