Yeah job was good but bad communications skills due to the stylist kept reading their brochure incorrect she kept adding 10 more to my charges. I can't say enough of how good Dalis is! From the very first appointment she exceeded my expectations. I'm a very perfectionist person and I know how picky I could be. My FAVORITE nail salon in Stockton. I've been getting my nails done for years and never really had a specific spot I liked going to. I have been going to these ladies for over a year now maybe two, they know me by name and give me the best customer service I could really ask for. A little shop right in the heart of the downtown area. My friend and I came in to do quick manis and they accepted walk-ins fairly quickly. I was a little hesitant about this place considering the bad reviews sporadically placed amongst the good, but I'm glad we stopped in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It looked like a slower day so they didn't have a lot of hands on deck, but I only waited about 10 minutes before I was seen. I just found this place about a month ago. Dallas does the best pedicure I've ever had! I rarely let anyone wax my eyebrows because they usually don't understand what I want and screw them up. Impressed! I'm pretty picky when it comes to my nails. I don't do acrylic, just gel on my fingernails and usually regular nail polish for a pedicure. I'm constantly washing my hands at work so it's important for me to have polish that doesn't peel or chip. I also love that they actually soak off the polish instead of sanding it off, which seems to be the trend these days to speed up the process. New to the area and have had a not so great experience with other places in this town. The girls here are super sweet and have fit me in last minute both times. Okay so first I want to comment on a few other reviews that have mentioned some rude customer service -- I totally understand where they are coming from and they are valid in their own right. HOWEVER, I MUST point out their rates are SO affordable for really great quality that if you should not be complaining about some minor less-than-ideal customer service. If we are talking about quality + service combined, you get what you pay for (the quality compensates for any lack of service, I'd say). If you want the more fluffy kind of service, then you've got to go somewhere else where you're gonna be paying double the price. I've been here about three or four times and I have never had to complain about their service just because by the end of my session, my nails look so good that I don't even care. I went back today and brought my friend who is a new customer, and when we went in around 4:30-5, they were pretty busy. The owner, Tina, straight up said "we're busy, we can't take you right now. Do you want to come back at 6:30?" My friend and I wanted to shop so we said sure. She asked for my name and number so she could call me in case she got done early and just around 6:00, she gave me a call! We went in and they worked well past their closing time to give us both mani-pedis. The owner actually ended up remembering from my past visits and I was surprised and impressed. She thanked me for bringing a new customer along and I joked about getting "referral credit" and we all chuckled. Then she offered to give me a free eyebrow waxing as thanks for the new business. I was actually shocked! Super nice! I don't think this is an official thing though so don't go trying throw this referral credit incident in their faces, haha. Anyways, this is a great nail salon. My friend even thanked me for bringing her there, and after seeing how well Tina did my eyebrows, she's committed to going back their to get her's done too. TL;DR: Great quality and service. Any lack of fluffy customer service is toootally not a big deal because you're gonna be happy with the results -- especially with the affordable price that you pay for it. First experience I would have given them 5 stars because the lady left the salon open to do a full set for me, but due to their lack of customer service the second time, they deserve 1.. Right when I walked in, they took me right away. I thought, "Wow that was quick.". Okay, so I understand when you have an appointment and not wanting your customer to wait, but while working on my nails their customer walks in (that has an appointment) and asks me if I can wait while they help her. Very poor customer service. I work in customer service. I would never tell another customer to WAIT. Cheap service and nice ladies, but that will be the last time I will go there again. read more

The first couple of times I went to this nail shop Tina was great. However, there was an inexperienced lady ( possibly unlicensed) servicing me to remove gel polish from my toes. She spent approximately 45 minutes trying to remove it, causing pain to my feet. Tina continued to look and unfortunately didn't say anything. However, another young land came along and removed the gel within five minutes. I thought the young lady would continue at this point, but the lady who caused the pain returned and further caused pain and heartache. I advised her to stop and proceed to pay. Tina remained silent until I called her once I arrived home. Tina acknowledged that the lady was new and aware that she provided horrible service. Then Tina asked what I would like for her to do. She could have helped to step in, correcting the issue and not remaining silent. At this point, I am waiting for a return to my debit card. read more

When I told her I wasn't content with the shape she got an attitude and did not fix it. She then had someone else finish Off my set. this old man did not know how to polish.
