It was okay. The customer service lacked and it is overpriced. They had a basic pedicure package that includes callus removal and sugar scrub so I went for that one, but the callus removal wasn't even done. The girl rushed through my pedicure and manicure. She didn't even have a fan or put me under the light for my mani (i did not do gel because I was testing them out first). Sure enough my mani did not last it's been the third day and it's chipping. Also the day if she left me with a few cuts on my toes and fingers. She was a bit rough and bland with her customer service. I do not see myself coming back. read more

The salon is under new management. Kaitlin has done so much to update the salon and to make sure it meets Covid standards. Everyone is so friendly and all the nail technicians have years of experience. I went here early on a weekday afternoon for a solar fill. There were 3 or 4 women working but noone seemed to be familiar with color or glitter solar powder. Though the service was listed in the price guide, they wanted to do pink acrylic with gel polish instead. If you want solar nails, go somewhere else. read more

I was in love with this place, the new owner upgraded the cleanliness and quality of staff. My first pedicure was amazing. Two weeks ago, the second experience at the salon was great - my nails looked beautiful and the leg massage was sooooo relaxing. When cutting away the cuticle, the technician accidently cut into the skin, it hurt, but no big deal at the time. It stayed sore. Next day, it hurt like the devil and started turning red. I ignored it (STUPID) 3 days after the pedicure, it was sore, tender, red and oozing "stuff". I ended up at urgent care and after 10 days on antibiotics, the infection is gone, but my foot is still tender. I'm not saying it was done on purpose and I know I should not have ignored the cut - I do share in the responsibility but folks... be aware of having your cuticles cut away.... they exist for a purpose.... read more

This salon is too good. I go there usually for pedicure. This time I went with my two little kids. They treated them with utmost respect, offered them bottled water and talked politely. For $5, they did toe nail filing, feet wash and nail polish to my daughter. She felt so pampered! :) My pedicure has always been awesome! This time I opted for Deluxe Pedicure. I got thorough nails & cuticles trim, dead skin removal and very good feet massage. They are very dedicated to their job - while getting up after the process, my nail polish got a little chipped, my server observed it and fixed it very nicely and appropriately with great care. I love it when they offer complementary drinks at the outset. Looks like a great spa and salon. I have always loved it! read more

I've been a regular for at least 2 years now for pedicures ($25 for basic). I've had various ladies and some I prefer more than others. Shame on me for not learning names. I'd give this place 3.5 stars based on my experience today. I had (I think) the owner who was very pushy on their services. First, I was taking my time trying to find the color I had last time and she was a bit in a hurry and hovering over me. Before I could sit down she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed which I politely declined as I didn't like the wax job the last time I had it there. Later she asked if I wanted a manicure, nope, I have very short nails. Paraffin treatment for my feet? Nope, don't need it. Flower design? Nope have meetings this week, need to look professional. She wasn't too pleased that I declined everying but when I feel like splurging I will splurge. Today was not a splurge day so don't give me crap about it. I usually have a good experience there and will request Jennifer (not the owner) from now on. Pros: Lots of color choices, plenty of seats, free water Cons: Can be pushy on services. Went in today for the 4th time & had the worst nail experience of my life! I've been getting my nails done for 12 years so I'm very familiar with how the process goes. He didn't only have to start over I also had to sit there and point out all the gunk left in my nails and he cut me really bad. Was there for over 3 hours! & then got charged $45 for the horrible experience! Never again!! read more

I saw this place while driving by and it was very close to my home. I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and didn't feel like traveling very far. The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was extremely please with my eyebrows. So many times you go and they don't use any tweezers so I've had to go home and finish it myself. I just moved to round rock and wanted to check out a few nail salons...so i came in on a Thursday morning to get a manicure. It wasn't busy, had 4-5 techs sitting around. I would like to say the nail tech I had was very sweet but really rushed through my manicure leaving me nails uneven. Some were longer than others even when I asked to cut them down short. She did clean the cuticles but no massage! That was the most important part of a manicure plus the Polish of course. Anyhoo, when I went to pay, there was a sign stating if you paid by cash, you'll get 5% off but they still charged full price. I don't think I'll be coming back here. read more

I've gotten pedicures and brow waxing regularly but the last time I was there was horrible experience. There was only one other customer there and it was mid-day. The old lady working there kept staring at me as I waited for the polish from my pedicure to dry. When I stood up to pay she said "You go now" as if I was a trouble maker disrupting their business or their ONE other customer. WTF? I've always been polite to the staff (and a big tipper). I have been going to this salon for over three years regularly and have always had a great experience, until today. Itwas the first time a man gave me a pedicure and not a woman. All around the chair was dirty with nail clippings and basically the guy grunted at me and never offerred the. Massage chair or anything else from my past experiences. The pedicure was half ass and he never put dividers between my toes and failed to paint all of my toe nails. I pulled polish from shelf and repainted myself before I left. When i told the owner I was never coming back,he simply took my credit card and processed the charge. Call me crazy, do you really want an unhappy customer leaving the building and not evenan offer to correct it?
