From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Everyone is incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming, and they have a way of making you feel like much more than just another appointment on their schedule. One of the things I appreciate most is how authentic the experience feels. The conversations are genuine, thoughtful, and personable--you can tell they truly take the time to get to know their clients and remember the little things about their lives. Over the years, that has made every appointment feel comfortable and familiar, almost like catching up with friends while also getting a little time to relax and be taken care of. They are also incredibly attentive and detailed in their work. They take their time, listen to what you want, and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. I have always felt well cared for, and I love that they seem to give that same level of attention and kindness to every person who walks through their doors. Something that has become especially meaningful to me is how welcoming and wonderful they are with children. Bringing a child along can sometimes feel stressful or like you are inconveniencing someone, but I have never been made to feel that way here. Instead, they are patient, sweet, accommodating, and make children feel just as welcome and special. That kindness means more than they probably realize and says so much about the type of people they are. There is such a warm and positive atmosphere here. They manage to make every client feel seen, valued, comfortable, and cared for while still providing beautiful, detailed work. It is rare to find a business where the customer service feels this genuine and personal. After years of coming here, I can confidently say that it is so much more than simply getting my nails done. It is the kindness, conversations, familiar faces, attention to detail, and the way they make every visit feel special that keeps me coming back. I am so grateful to have found a salon where I always feel welcomed and taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

She paid close attention to the shape and even helped me select the perfect pink shade for the base color. The attention to detail and level of care really stood out. It's in the same shopping center as Moby Dick and PJ Skidoos. Parking is easy and complimentary in the shared lot. I lucked out with Mia- she was wonderful and allowed me to see what the color would look like on my nail when I was having trouble deciding between two colors. She was patient but also asked if she get started on the shaping while I decided on the color. It was my first time getting a jelly gel nail- so I was kind of indecisive. Treatment consisted of shaping, cuticle care, and a hand mask. I got the cuticle oil at the end but noticed my friend also got lotion, which I didn't get so I think could be slightly different per tech. On the other hand, my friend picked a color and the color on the nail didn't match it- it was more orangey- when she brought it up; her nail tech went to my nail tech to ask for help. They did re do it for her but I think it took some courage for my friend to speak up. The gel nail manicure was $40, and a $8 tip. Wouldn't be opposed to going back. I also liked that it looked clean and didn't smell of chemicals like some other salons. Edit: less than 1.5 weeks and my nail polish chipped off :( so sad and it seems like the end portion is far from the start of my nail, making it look like a need a new manicure soon- and looking back she did start slightly further than the start of the nail. I wished it would at least last me 3 weeks

First time to a nail salon in this area since moving here and it was a fairly good experience. Let me breakdown why. 1) the pedicure was very on point. They had some cool features like oil massage, wax in bags, etc. the pedicure was also professional and my pedicurst took the time to clean up the nails on the edges. 2) the manicure was very accurate and particular as well. As I came on a Thursday afternoon, it was fairly empty but as more people came trickling in; I felt she was a bit rushed and pressured to finish quickly. The reason why one star was deducted was due to the rushed nature towards the end. While I was ushered to the nail drying station (with UV lights and fans), I felt the rush and the nails still didn't dry after 30+ mins of waiting. Likely due to adding multiple layers before the previous layers had any chance to set. I had smudged a couple nails and while she did offer to "fix" the polish on the finger, it's obvious that a fix was made and fresh polish without a top coat smudges even easier so another smudge as pictured. Overall, the experience was (like I said) fairly good. I like the salon and I would return; likely at a off time or for a gel service that would try before I left the chair. read more

Until a year and a half ago, I never had my nails done. Then I met Nancy, who was one of the kindest nail technicians I've ever met. She didn't shame me about biting my nails. Instead, she introduced me to the special dipping powder they use at Pro Nails that would help me break the habit, and I've been a faithful customer ever since. She cares about her job, but she also cares about people. I don't ever get the feeling that she's just going through the motions-- and I'm sure that's why so many people seek her out. She's unbelievably meticulous, and she remembers everything about her clients and what they like. I used to see her at another salon in Annandale, which was a mile from my house, but now I get in the car and drive 20 minutes, because I truly think she's worth it. I cannot recommend her highly enough-- and not just for manicures, but pedicures and waxing too. I've seen her do beautiful jobs on other clients with gels and polish. Once you meet her, you'll understand. And like so many reviewers, you'll never go to anyone else again. The shop is lovely, with a wonderful, spa-like atmosphere. I appreciate that they seem like a family there. You'll feel like family too if you try it. read more

I've been a Pro Nails 3 customer for almost a year, and the salon is so clean and sanitize. Last week I tried the Nail Salon near my work and after a week my nails were terrible.
