I had a gift certificate for Pro Nails. I will never go back. Mimi was rude and unfriendly. The pedicure did not include much of a massage. I asked if there was another type of pedicure. Mimi said it was $10 more. I asked Michael to do that. Mimi said it was too late. There was no polish on my toes. She said I had to come back to use the rest of my gift certificate. The manicure was terrible. My nails were not soaked. He used a rough file. Terrible job He only moved the cuticle file across my nails. He did not push back the cuticles. I've been to the highfalutin places that hydrate you with cucumber water and wrap your digits in ancient Mediterranean mud. This is not one of those places. But it is the most O.C.D. mani/pedi you will ever have the pleasure to receive. In the best way possible. Every cuticle perfectly tamed. Every nail bed impeccably plunged. Each rough patch flawlessly disciplined. At the fairest price in town. To clarify, you must have nail technicians Linda or Susan. They are nail magicians. I've never had a more perfect manicure. Time and time again. To be honest, I keep going back expecting to have something botched. It can't be this perfect.every.single.time. But it is. More than once, these lovely ladies have leaned down to help me with my shoes, and I've mistakenly gone in for the hug. That's how grateful I am that they are so amazing. They stayed late to accommodate me after hours on a Saturday night. Now that's dedication! Great massage chairs! The lady was the only one in the store. She charged me $45 for 30 minutes of work. She didn't have me wash my hands after she filed them and immediately polished them with the powder on. (Now there is air bubbles and the polish looks grainy). On top of all that another lady came in and her husband came out to start her pedicure and I saw his hand picking stuff out of his teeth and didn't wash his hands. She was in the middle of doing my nails and she charges $10 extra to shape them differently. She told me that with the gel it looks better and I thought she was going to use gel nail polish color-- nope she used regular nail polish and only the gel top coat. (Extra $10 charge) ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. No matter how desperate you are don't waste ur time energy or money. Thanks for reading. read more

First they used a nail drill to remove my previous polish. Which is a huge no no for me. I guess if you have thick nails it will work for you. Then when cutting my cuticles she started using it to peel layers of my nail off. Then used a nail file on tip as well because apparently that wasn't enough. She didn't even shape my nails. It also grossed me out that while their tools are in that sterilizing solution they just carried them from person to person so I'm sure they weren't clean. And there were only two people there so the girl was basically doing two people at once going back and forth between them. The colors were extremely unorganized and nearly impossible to find the color I wanted. The only good thing about this place is the price. Never going back again. read more

Tony says she is professional but she was not. I complained several times about the nail techs in her shop but nothing was done to resolve so I stopped going. Was a faithful customer during the short time going. she always had an attitude and never seemed to want to do my nails. Absolutely awful service. I was charged $70 for mine & my daughters nails to be done for our valentines plans. Over 2hrs later we had been tossed between people & left to sit while they start other customer's coming in also. I watched a employee get frustrated on his lack of responsibilities & walked out & I was very unhappy with mine & my daughters nails. They were not what we asked both people that ended up doing them for. I asked for oval I got round. My daughter gets hers to a point & they were cut to short by person #1 that person #2 barley got a point on them @ all. She also had polish all over her fingers & access glue glops. They also NEVER discussed all the extra charges for my daughters nails with me as the parent and mine were lifting already the day they were done. I stressed my problems with them there day of 2/13/16 & again on the phone later on 2/16/16 & they wanted me 2 let them redo them after all the crap I told them I'd never go there again. I would rather have a refund of part or all that was paid for that mess & they denied being able to do so. read more
