I have a mixed review. So I love booking with Jenny and Ben for my acrylics; however, recently I got placed with a different guy (he's on the right side furthest table away when you walk in the front door) and he got super angry when I asked him to fix things on my nails and they came out nothing like how the picture looked. I understand if he couldn't do them, but I showed him the picture at the beginning and he said he couldn't but they turned out as my worst set of nails i've ever gotten there. read more

I am extremely disappointed in the service my wife and daughter received. Go ANYWHERE, but here for a pedicure. When all said and done, both their set of nails were smudged and looked just bad. After mentioning the terrible service...kindly. my wife was met with laughs. How disgusting. read more

I started coming to this nail salon back when Kim still owned it which was years ago. Since then it has changed owners a few times.. so most of the negative reviews are a reflection of the previous owner not the current one . I always book with Chi she does an amazing job on my nails .. and I'm very picky when it comes to getting them done! I've referred many people to Chi and they all love her! Like all nail places you have to try different nail techs out to see who you like the best! I do recommend making an appointment as they are usually busy. They are also very friendly here! I've been to lux in Muskego a few times and the vibes in there are not as friendly and personable. read more

I have been here 3-4 times now. Unsanitary and terrible job, every time. I paid for my niece to get 3 acrylic fixed and painted. Take a look at how good their work is. I went to Pro Nail & Spa to get acrylic nails for a fun thing to do. It was very expensive but the quality was good when my nails were complete. They had rules that made since, like wearing masks inside, otherwise you had to leave or get a mask. Some downsides were for example the employee doing my nails was wearing sandals and had his bare feet out of them right next to mine which was unpleasant. Overall I say that this is a place to have a pretty good expectation for what you are going to get done to your nails. Also some of the equipment looked like it had not been cleaned or sanitized which made me feel uncomfortable. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid good money for my daughter and I to get a pedicure. It lasted less than 6 hours. The nail polish literally just pealed off our toes with no friction. They didn't use OPI which maybe is part of the problem. When I called thinking they would repaint them, I didn't ask for an entire pedicure, they just said she would fix the two toes on each of our feet. She was awful to deal with and had terrible customer service skills if you can even call it that. I don't want my two toes painted with the same crappy nail polish. I want a different polish used so that it lasts more than a day. I could have painted my toes at home and they would've lasted longer than this. There are plenty of other spots to go in Muskego- don't waste your time here. read more

There aren't a lot of places to chose from in Muskego, but I will defiantly drive the distance to somewhere else. I gave it 3 chances. They rush, constantly yell across the salon, the quality was the worst I've ever seen and the owner/manager was so aggressive that it was painful. This past time, my nails chipped within 20 hours. When coming in and explaining the problem, the owner got angry and just continuing with someone's nails. Completely ignoring me. I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this place takes the cake for the worst nail salon I've ever been to. read more

Horrible. I will never go back after the awful service. I came to get a set removed and the woman just ripped them off my nail beds. She did not soak my nails, and she used a different piece of "nail tips" to slice the full set off my fingers. She was very inattentive through the entire painful process, did not speak to me, and I was the only one in the salon. I highly recommend you do NOT go to this place. Disgusting, unprofessional, and a horrid place of business. This was the last straw after other unpleasant visits. read more

The only reason I went to this yesterday salon was because it was only 2 minutes away from my house and I needed to get my nails done for an event... I am NEVER going back to that salon ever again. She rushed through my nails and she was rough. It took her 20 minutes to do a full set. It seemed like she didn't even want to be there. The length is all wrong (some are shorter than the others) they're super thick, they're all uneven, and the gel nail polish was caked on there. Honestly didn't even want to waste my time to have her fix them because you can just tell she didn't want to even be doing my nails. They only accept cash tips. She was expecting me to give her a tip and kept pointing at the sign they made saying the my only accept cash tips. I do not recommend going to that nail salon. read more

Service is so-so. Been there 4 times past 3 months. Got manicure and gel polish each time. Cut slanted not straight. Polish uneven and on my fingers as well. Today over the top. Walked in said 1/2 hour. Ok. Said would be back in 1/2 hour. Verbal appointment. No problem. Came back. 1/2 hour wait and she said I didn't say I was coming back. 2 lies. This place is dirty and gross. They used unclean equipment, and didn't even see the callouses on my heel because the guy was looking all over the place at everything, except the job he was supposed to be doing. He was totally inattentive. The woman running the front was rude. I had put my name down for a pedi and a mani, but I left after the pedi. It felt unclean and I'd never go back. I hope I don't get an infection from the dirty equipment. I paid the bill in cash, they never said thank you or any of the most basic customer service stuff. read more

I received the regular manicure and pedicure for $35. Went on a Sunday afternoon as a walk-in; I was greeted & helped immediately...no waiting at all. The woman who did my nails was incredibly thorough; she even removed polish and repainted one nail that she herself wasn't 100% satisfied with. I don't think my cuticles have ever looked this good! She was a real sweetie--very professional and pleasant; even helped button my coat so I wouldn't mess-up my polish. It was honestly the best manicure & pedicure I've ever had & I've easily paid double at other salons. Highly recommend this salon. read more

This place is awful. Went in for a gel manicure. The guy cut my finger and was very rough. My gel was bumpy and sloppy. Looks absolutely terrible! Then they overcharged me. I questioned the price and they said no, it was more because of the color of the gel I picked out! I will never return and now have to find a different place to get my horrible gel removed!
