This firm responds right away to a Yelp initial request, and then doesn't communicate AT ALL. Repeated messages via Yelp seemed to go to some nonexistent employee. Supposedly a moving date was set, but no response to pickup details. Finally, called firm directly, and "Vic" first had a hard time finding their own Yelp messages, then said the move would take place as agreed, and calls back 30m later to say, no, can't do that after all, sorry. Not at all a "pro" mover. Won't be using their services, and advise others to pay as much attention to their Yelp profile as they pay to customers: none. read more

The guys were nice but they did a terrible job organizing our items. We hired them to pack our house the day before and move us the next day and very few boxes were labeled, which made it a disaster to try and locate anything. They didn't put together our beds and even lost the legs to one of our bed frames. We have moved three times in the last 5 years and this was the least organized company we've worked with. When we moved into the house they moved us out of, we had more furniture, hired less guys, and had 1 less truck, yet the other company was faster and did a wonderful job staying organized with our items. Nice people but won't be using them or recommending them in the future. read more

Pro Movers is anything but professional. I hired them for a recent move and had the worst moving experience. The day of the move, after they were already late, I received a call from the movers, stating that their truck was broken down and that they had to rent a truck. This indicates that they don't maintain their equipment. When the movers arrived, one smelled strongly of alcohol, they did not have sufficient packing materials. For example, they did not box multiple pieces of equipment (stereo, printer, toaster oven. crock pot, etc.), they did not have enough padding for the furniture and covers it just in plastic which does not protect the furniture at all, they misplaced small pieces. The box they put together for art work was flimsy indicting that they were either not prepared or inexperienced. I would recommend to the owners to properly train the people you hire. read more

I booked through a third party company and somewhere along the way lines got crossed but Pro Movers were amazing at trouble shooting the issues that were not their fault and getting my move completed from Springfield to Salem.
