The two movers worked hard to meet that request, including figuring out a useful solution for us (unloading some things into the garage instead of putting everything in the house, which helped us meet our goal). The driveway is very steep, and initially Phil thought said could cut it in half with a ramp out of the side of the truck. His time estimate was based on that idea, but it turned out we couldn't use the ramp, so the movers had to work harder than anticipated. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card unless Katie can reimburse the damaged item and damage to interior apartment. Then it's between you and Amex (they've never lost a dispute for me)
