First- he made good on a years old quote for replacing a dozen old windows with insulated units. Next- the craftsmen were polite, respectful and quick. Then- they cleaned up and hauled away the old panes, except for one large old wavy "pre-float" glass that i liked because i can appreciate the look of that type of glass.
