All seemed to be good until it leaked the following winter. Roger the owner said we weren't keeping the roof clean enough. So up on the roof at least every month or two to make sure all the gutters were clean and blow roof and seasonally put moss killer on roof. Every year the roof would leak, and I would call. Rogers company. The last time they were out was 2016. They stated the leak was due to moss, leak around ski light (which never was) the flat roof (older mobile home) 2017 I called Roger and he said he was no longer in the roofing business. 2022 I had another roof company come out and they replaced the bottom 2 row of roofing on the west side of the house. Had the same company back out in 2023. They finally had to remove the whole west side of the roof and the roof cap to repair the roof. Replace rotten plywood due to poor workman ship. I did contact Roger after the final repair, and he blew me off. Finally, a water free home after 11 years and another $8k for a 30 year roof that was installed incorrectly.

See my other reviews for my experience with a different company that was very poor. On January 11th, my wife and I had dealt with the other company enough... So we stopped at the fire station to see if they could recommend someone for us. A man named Jerry came out and introduced himself, he is a volunteer with the Fire Department and he has an HVAC business that also does chimney care. Jerry was extremely polite and gave us his card. Our chimney was swept 2 days later and he was extremely thorough. He swept the chimney, vacuumed out the flew, and cleaned the entire fire place area. He did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased. He placed sheets down to keep our floors clean and he even cleaned the roof area around our chimney for us. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Jerry! Our experience was super positive. If you need HVAC or sweep help, give them a call. What an awesome local company that still knows what customer service is.
