We are very happy that we chose pro glazing. We decided we wanted the tiles reglazed in our bathroom and our kitchen because we weren't ready to remodel completely but did not like the old fashion tiles in the coop we recently closed on. I contacted a few companies and Rob gave me the best price and also came out to do an in person estimate. Several other companies were pushing me to reglaze our tub that was in decent shape , but he did not which I really appreciated. Auswald did the job and we are really happy with it. He showed up at the scheduled time and kept us updated throughout the day. read more

The pros: showed up and did the job The cons: poorly done. There are air pockets in the tub reglaze. He did not reattach any of the fixtures that were removed. The protection was not done adequately and there is white deposit on tiles. Left without removing masking tape etc. The caulking is also halfway done. Would not recommend. Buyer beware read more

I can't say enough good things. They're organized, professional, and extremely responsive from start to finish. Arrived on time, were polite, did the work, and didn't leave a mess. They reglazed 2 tubs and added anti-slip, reglazed my kitchen sink, did some caulking, and reglazed my shower's built-in soap dishes from eye-sore 1990's mauve to clean white. Everything looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Fumes were minimal because of ventilation equipment they bring in. Price quoted was great and no hidden surprises. Just honest hard work with outstanding results. I wish every contractor I worked with was this professional and honest. read more

I saw reviews on Robert's work and am so glad they lived up to standard. He arrived early and is very personable/down to earth and was comfortable with him working in my home right off the jump. He clearly knows what he's doing and did great work in a good amount of time with warranty. He was very transparent when my bathroom needed a little extra work and explained why. Unknowingly my tub had 3+ coats of paint and he stripped it down and it looks brand new. Happy to have a tub I can finally take a bath in and would definitely recommend. read more

I spoke to your office a few times and I text you on multiple days. It didn't slip your mind when I texted you about setting up the original job, but it did when it came to fixing the original job. It took my comment on yelp for you to finally respond to me. You did the job and can keep the money. I don't want a refund, which is why I didn't respond back. All I wanted was for you to stand by the work your company did and you didn't. read more

Large antique farmhouse sink reglazing. Rob was great. Punctual, neat, thorough, friendly and affordable.

I called 2 days ago for re glazing my tub. The phone person was courteous, informative and ask all the right questions. Robert came today on time and finished the job in 2.5 hrs. He was polite and did an excellent job. He showed me a few things during the process to explain what and how he was doing the job. Gave me pointers on how to clean the tub moving forward ( no bleach!). Overall a very good experience. read more

I hired Pro Glazing to strip and reglaze my bathtub that was in, let's just say, terrible condition. The price was completely fair for the service and a 5 year warranty. Tom and Robert were completely profession - arrived on time, didn't make a mess, was courteous and kind. The job was done in three hours and I am able to use my tub the same day, I cannot recommend their services enough!! read more

Kindness, integrity. LIGHTENING SPEED FAST! That is the type of service I got today, even before having Robert come to my home! I have a small apartment but I desperately want to make it nice, I take on mini projects when I can. Pretty home, pretty life I say. Robert answered my inquiry in minutes (as a fellow business owner, I know that is hard in of itself!) I tried to explain my needs over email & requested a quick video call if possible, I rather I be thorough since my tiles to me were a little tricky. Robert happily obliged. He was honest that my tiles weren't terrible, but if I did still want to proceed his labor would be *insert reasonable amount compared with others*. What I took away from that call more than anything was Robert works with integrity. I work in Real Estate in NYC, so I know contractors, etc. can sometimes be not as trustworthy, especially being a woman looking to renovate. Some can just say yes to a project and exploit your need, while robbing you blind. Based on that call and Pro Glazing's approach alone I highly recommend him! read more

I can't recommend this company enough. In just 2 hours they gave me a brand new, sparkling white bathtub that was looking sad, ugly and nasty (with layers of grey dirt that wouldn't come out with multiple cleanings) after 20 years of never having been treated. Robert was responsive throughout our communication, punctual the day of the job, and a top professional in every respect! read more

Robert did a great job refinishing my guest bath sink. It had a fair number of thin cracks; now it looks like new. He was right on time, very neat, fast, and explained everything. We recently had our bathroom refinish with tile over tile. We changed all the fixtures except for the tub. I checked for tub and tile reglazing on Yelp and this company had excellant ratings so I contacted them and arranged for them to reglaze our tub. Their work is beautiful, they are extremely polite and professional. Their price was very good and we are delighted with the work. I don't have a before picture because there wasn't anything wrong with the other tub other than the color and it's 35 years old. If we would have replaced the tub it would have cost thousands abd a big mess. Hats of the Ron and Christina GREAT WORK Thanks read more

Well, we called and spoke to Robert. We told him exactly what we wanted. He was on time and finished the job in 3.5 hours. Tub and tile in the tub area were done. He closed the door and said don't use it for 24 hours. We didn't. The next day we went in and checked it more thoroughly. It wasn't exactly what we asked for. Part of the tub hardware was disassembled and left for us to put back. There was so much garbage in the sink it was ridiculous, and the sink didn't have a stopper. There was garbage in the hallway. There was garbage they put in the office that's next to the bathroom, that they didn't clean up. The screen was missing from the window that they put their vent out, and I finally found it behind the office door. Follow up gets an F. Listening to what we wanted gets an F. Overall, the job itself looks decent and it's good for what we need. However, we found hair in the paint after it dried. We found another spot that has a chip in it and found a whole area near the window that was never even painted. But yes, after 24 hours you could use it. It did solve a lot of the problems that we had, but I would basically give him maybe two stars. A lot of the things we're not happy with, including that the color is not what we were shown on the chart. We called and let him know about the hair in the tile and he said he would call us and be here the next weekend to fix it, since it needed at least a week to completely cure. He has to sand it down and paint that area. As the paint was hand mixed, we wonder if it will match the original job. We have not yet heard from him. If you manage your expectations, you might be satisfied. read more

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get a quote by submitting photos and videos and was then able to very easily schedule the service itself. My building requires a COI which Pro Glazing was able to submit with no issues or delays. Rob himself comes and does the reglazing and sends photos and videos of the completed project afterwards. I wasn't home for any part of it and everything went seamlessly. Before Rob did his work, we had mismatched tiles, discolored tiles, cracks, and a shattered tub. After Rob did his work our bathroom looked BRAND NEW. Rob's work was above and beyond and his pricing was extremely fair. read more

Pro Glazing - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Pro Glazing did a great job redoing my bathtub and repainting the floor-to-ceiling heat pipe in my bathroom. Rob and his associate reglazed my bathtub by removing a very poor glazing effort that had been completed by the previous owner of my apartment. Pro Glazing applied a much more durable glaze on the entire bathtub, which includes an excellent anti-slip coating on the inside floor surface of the tub. They also stripped off paint on my bathroom heating pipe that was peeling and rust-discolored, and repainted the pipe with a durable white coat that looks like it will hold up very well over the long term. The price was very reasonable and they are flexible with payment options (paying via Zelle is super convenient!). It's been about 3 weeks since the work was performed and everything is great. I highly recommend Pro Glazing for any bathtub glazing needs and would consider them again for any future bathroom remodeling needs. read more

Amazing job! Rob was a true professional and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and shared tips to maintain his work in addition to giving us a care and maintenance sheet. Pro Glazing is the G.O.A.T when it comes to professional tub reglazing. Now let me tell you why I gave them 5 stars 1. They arrived on time . I truly hate contractors that don't respect my time.and show up late with excuses or not at all. 2.They are extremely professional and organized. They respect your home and don't make or leave a mess. 3 . They are experienced in business. If you can take of the amount of paint that a previous contractor did and make it look spanking brand porcelain new, you got real skills baby! The fumes were minimal due to excellent ventilation equipment. 4. The price quoted was excellent considering the condition of my tub which was a HOT MESS and included caulking. 5. They EXPLAINED in detail how to keep my tub looking great for years to come. No rushing out the door. Please forgive me as I forgot the name of the two gentleman who did the work for me. I want to personally give them a shoutout for their AMAZING WORK I hope you use my before and after photos Also, I made some referrals to several friends and the will be contacting you. read more

My old, worn-looking bathroom was really dragging down the appeal of the apartment. The new white paint job made the old beige floor and wall tiles look dull and dirty, even though I scrubbed and scrubbed.
