Kindness, integrity. LIGHTENING SPEED FAST! That is the type of service I got today, even before having Robert come to my home! I have a small apartment but I desperately want to make it nice, I take on mini projects when I can. Pretty home, pretty life I say. Well, we called and spoke to Robert. We told him exactly what we wanted. He was on time and finished the job in 3.5 hours. Tub and tile in the tub area were done. He closed the door and said don't use it for 24 hours. We didn't. The next day we went in and checked it more thoroughly. It wasn't exactly what we asked for. Part of the tub hardware was disassembled and left for us to put back. There was so much garbage in the sink it was ridiculous, and the sink didn't have a stopper. There was garbage in the hallway. There was garbage they put in the office that's next to the bathroom, that they didn't clean up. The screen was missing from the window that they put their vent out, and I finally found it behind the office door. Follow up gets an F. Listening to what we wanted gets an F. Overall, the job itself looks decent and it's good for what we need. However, we found hair in the paint after it dried. We found another spot that has a chip in it and found a whole area near the window that was never even painted. But yes, after 24 hours you could use it. It did solve a lot of the problems that we had, but I would basically give him maybe two stars. A lot of the things we're not happy with, including that the color is not what we were shown on the chart. We called and let him know about the hair in the tile and he said he would call us and be here the next weekend to fix it, since it needed at least a week to completely cure. He has to sand it down and paint that area. As the paint was hand mixed, we wonder if it will match the original job. We have not yet heard from him. If you manage your expectations, you might be satisfied. read more

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get a quote by submitting photos and videos and was then able to very easily schedule the service itself. My building requires a COI which Pro Glazing was able to submit with no issues or delays. Rob himself comes and does the reglazing and sends photos and videos of the completed project afterwards. Pro Glazing did a great job redoing my bathtub and repainting the floor-to-ceiling heat pipe in my bathroom. Rob and his associate reglazed my bathtub by removing a very poor glazing effort that had been completed by the previous owner of my apartment. Pro Glazing applied a much more durable glaze on the entire bathtub, which includes an excellent anti-slip coating on the inside floor surface of the tub. They also stripped off paint on my bathroom heating pipe that was peeling and rust-discolored, and repainted the pipe with a durable white coat that looks like it will hold up very well over the long term. The price was very reasonable and they are flexible with payment options (paying via Zelle is super convenient!). It's been about 3 weeks since the work was performed and everything is great.
