I have a beautiful new windshield thanks to the very nice gentlemen at Pro-Glass. First, I tried Safelite at the suggestion of many friends...but I guess I have a very special kind of windshield. When they came out, the guy did not bring the right one...so he called the store...they didn't have it either. He left and I got a call about an hour later from the company...my quote would go from $340 to over $800 for a "custom window." I argued...they didn't back down. So, I called my dealership. They said I could bring my car in immediately, or I could just call the glass people they use for cheaper. So, long story a little shorter, Pro-Glass called with a quote this morning and came out to my work within a couple hours. Quoted me at $375 and ended up costing $370. Also, according to the (albeit biased) Pro-Glass guy, they use the same exact glass suppliers as Safelite. So, NO thanks Safelite! What great service! From the first call...very pleasant and helpful...not the least expensive quote, but only by $10... for a Lexus windshield...got a recommendation from a friend/ customer...made the appt....on time...a few days later....very pleasant tech....now for the really great service...2 issues...glass diffused oncoming headlights not noticed before and auto wipers not tracking rain accurately...stopped by...receptionist again smiling, welcoming...Shane looked, listened...no hesitation..."We will change it, no problem"...wow!..a few days later..New glass...this time I was able to watch...what a fascinating process...tools I've never seen and I cannot say enough about Brandon Smith...I tried my best to stay out of the way...but thank you Brandon...for the great tips, the old fashioned Texas friendliness...except for the expense...I'll be a little less fearful of the gravel trucks..and I know exactly where to go...ProGlass in Georgetown...Thank you...you deserve great success...Steve Vogel read more

A tree fell and busted both windshields on my senior Honda. Checked out Yelp and chose Pro Glass. Honestly, I'm leery of online reviews, but in this case, all those good reviews reflect my own experience. When I called, they were courteous and helpful, and Niko the technician showed up right when he said he would. And he did a fabulous job, spending hours replacing the windshields in the blazing August sun. He cleaned up all the glass and sticks (a major job in itself!), and even rescued my TexTag and registration sticker from the crushed front windshield. Later, I needed some paperwork completed in order to re-register my car with a salvage title. Sent it to Shane and he completed it and sent it back in a jiffy. Since having the windshields replaced, we've actually had RAIN, and not one leak from my new windshields. And I felt the price was fair. Pro Glass, you are doin' it RIGHT! read more

My inspection is due this month and after about the tenth rock to hit my windshield (thanks I-35 gravel trucks) it cracked right across my field of vision. I went to Pro glass this Monday to see what it would cost and when I could get it done. The price quoted for a exact tinted replacement for my 2002 Silverado was $235 which was way cheaper than I was expecting. She told me they had it in stock and could do it anytime. I decided to wait then and there and they had it replaced in a little over a hour. The place has a very nice waiting area with big screen TV and hot coffee and hot water for tea! People were very nice, bathrooms immaculate and new. This company way exceeded my expectations and I am glad I stopped there. It is so nice to have a non cracked windshield again. They also were able to remove and transfer my old registration, inspection and toll tag. read more

I have had the opportunity to use Pro Glass two times recently. Once for my windshield replacement and once for a client needing a window in her car replaced very quickly as she was scheduled to leave town in only a couple hours. Both times the staff at Pro Glass were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and truly caring. For my windshield they showed up on time and got the job done quickly. For my client, from the time I called to see if they could even do the job on that short notice to having the window replaced was about 3 hours total. They even ran to the supply store to pick up the specific window required for that car just so our client could head out of town without stress and without a broken window. My teenage daughter's windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced before inspection. My local oil change tech spoke highly of ProGlass. I called 3 different places and they were the cheapest and fastest - replaced the same day! Niko came out to my residence and was fast, friendly, and courteous. The install looked great! They even came back a month later when I noticed the windshield washer fluid wasn't coming out. I called to ask if it could be associated to the install. at a friend's recommendation, i went to Pro Auto Glass to find the source of a rain-induced leak on my old but wonderful toyota avalon. shane pope was friendly, helpful, and experienced enough to know exactly what was causing my problem. he quickly took a compressor and blew out a clogged line that caused drain issues. he charged me nothing, smiled like a gracious business owner (might/might not be) and insured that he'd get great word of mouth from me, along with any glass work our family might need. smart man. ps: this hometown, helpful approach is delightfully common in georgetown. read more

Something broke one of our company trucks back rear window on a Tuesday night and I called Pro Glass first thing Wednesday morning to see if they had availability to replace the rear window. Shane answered and got me taken care of the same day even sending two of his techs to me in order to get me taken care of and my company vehicle back in rotation. Dropped in without an appointment. Within a few minutes my wind shield was inspected and found that it needed to be replaced. Compared price quoted to others and found it competitive so scheduled them to replace at my home. Installer, Tyler, showed up on time to install. Took a bit over an hour.
