After dropping off the kids, i went to St. John's church. In checking out the tires, one looked way more flat than low. After Mass, I called AAA for help. The young man assisted with inflating all the tires. 3 were low, but the 4th had only had 5# pressure. He suggested that i get it checked before driving back to OH. He referred me to Regal Tires saying they would definitely help with minimal wait time. I drove straight there and was instantly welcomed. EVERY person on the staff was professional, friendly and reassuring. They immediately noticed a screw and promptly acted to repair the tire. It was fixed within a shorter period of time than i ever expected, and, they graciously waived the charge!!! My car starter died after driving my children to school. Worse on top of that my car died again and I couldn't drive anywhere else and was desperate to find another automotive place to tow my car to get fixed ASAP so I can get to work, plus I needed my car because I had to help a family with a funeral the next day. As I called other places they were either fully booked or they would ask to see what the problem was with my car and would charge an initial examination fee and would not even quote me a price for a starter or alternator until they saw my car. Other places quoted a hefty price to fix. I was dreading my options and Foster's was the other option that was right next the first automotive place where my car died. Desperate and I asked the man how soon and how much it would cost to replace a starter or alternator. He gave me a reasonable quote for both and he said he could either finish it by the end of the day or by tomorrow. Foster's fixed my car's starter the same day and the price was far more reasonable than other places I've inquired or asked. I was one relieved and satisfied customer. These people are trustworthy and they put the customer's interests first and they came to my rescue. Grateful for the boss man who helped me out. They will look out for you!
