Whenever I call to make an appointment they can usual fit me in that day. They order my parts ahead of time so the wait is minimal. Furthermore they provide shuttle service if needed so you don't have to waste time sitting and waiting. They are always kind when fielding my incessant and ridiculous chicks-know-nothing-about-cars questions, and answer with clarity and humor. Their prices are very competitive if not the cheapest around, and there is no price tag I could put on the peace of mind that I'm not being shaken down. The same replacement work with the nearby similar repair stores is ranging from $500-600. Low quality and cheap parts they ordered, high labor cost they charged you with unauthorized and un-necessary services. You paid double price and received cheap parts and poor service. It is a very very terrible, horrible car repair store without business reputation and trustworthy. I will not come to this store anymore.

I politely thanked him, but I have always bought new when caring for my vehicles. After all, my nearly new Honda Fit doesn't even have 15k miles on it. Priced that option at $500 (eegads!). Going to a reclamation center (junk yard) was still going to be ~$300. Really? I finally made my appointment (HIGHLY recommend). How about $53 with tax AND a tire (AND a warranty). I took my car to a tire store and was told my rim and tire were ruined. The guys at Tire Stop showed me the nick in the side wall of my tire and they told me my steel rims are nearly indestructible and a new rim was not needed. The Tire Stop guys will not try to scare you, or bully you or lie to get your money. Small shops as these need our support. Check them out!

The next morning the same tire was flat again. That means I was late to work three days in a row: once because of their "new" tire, again because of their "fix," and again because the fix didn't work. I lost time, I lost money, and I've had to explain to my employer why I keep showing up late, all because this shop can't do the one job it exists to do. So I went back a third time. This time they said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to replace the tire again.
