I called several places and I found Soho. When I walked in, it took the employee a few minutes to come from the back, I wondered if they were closed; but to my luck, they were not. The employee knew right away what was wrong and replaced battery in the fob that was dead. The second key fob was so beat up he actually had to replace it. In less than ten minutes I had working key fobs. No issues whatsoever with the service. The prices are affordable too. If you need new batteries for your key fobs or maybe new key fobs. Give Soho a visit. Only issue was the address. Yelp shows they are in Lee Treviño but they actually moved to Pellicano. They are behind the Auto Zone that is across Barragan's beauty salon.

Immediately afterward, I discovered that my car alarm was no longer working. I had never experienced any issues with it before, and the problem occurred after the windshield replacement. When I returned right away, I explained what had happened and asked them to take responsibility. Instead, they denied causing the damage and told me I would have to take the vehicle to an alarm shop to have it fixed. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I explained that the issue had never existed before and that I believed it happened when the alarm was handled, but my concerns were dismissed. Now I'm left with another problem and an additional expense that could have been avoided if they had simply taken responsibility and addressed the issue. PLEASE be very careful when choosing this business. If something goes wrong during your service, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. DON'T GO THERE.
