After some time received a call by the shop to ask if It was okay if they removed my defrost completely to do the back window I then said no it was okay to leave it alone they said okay NEVER once mentioned they removed half the tint it originally had already. the owner Robert confirmed with someone at his shop that they never mentioned they had started removing half the tint if they had i would have said just finish it then. they returned my back window like the second picture. I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional. Mind you I paid extra for 5 year warranty which I am now not even getting anymore. The problem was Robert the guy in the front was nice and polite nothing against anybody else but the owner Robert

Scott has awesome customer service, he had the car ready for us in the show room with a cute bow on it! He took the time to help us set up our seat settings and explained everything that we needed to know about the car. I know Lexus has better customer service than any other brand, but Scott definitely sealed the deal for us. This car was special ordered for my hubby from Arizona because he wanted certain features, and they made it happen (really fast, I might add). We previously owned an older Lexus and this new one had so many new features that Scott was willing to show us. He was also so nice to our kids that we brought with us, got to know all of us by name, and didn't get annoyed when my 5 year old was spinning around in a chair super close to one of the showroom cars (yikes). I am so surprised that the tags were already on the car, and all of the paperwork was ready when we got there. For my next car I am really swaying towards a Lexus solely based on the customer service (and I am an Audi driver). I really appreciate the fact that this transaction did not take all day, they offered incentives ($4500), and treated my WHOLE family with respect. I got to the dealership at the time I set up for this service, and an hour later they called me in to a service office and told me they were running behind but were starting on my vehicle at that time. An hour later, I got an invoice that said that the amount due was $56.73 - so much for "parts included." The invoice they gave me said regular oil (not synthetic, as promised) was used and a car wash was done also (however, the car had the same layer of dust on it that I came in with). My opinion of dealership service departments was verified - I don't plan on coming back...

First off, their receptionist is the type of person who loves to irritate you with stupid…read morequestions. Either that, or I am giving her too much credit because she's actually just stupid. She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

I will be taking this up with Yelp as to why my and others previous and less than perfect reviews have been removed. This is shady business practice. What do you expect from a junkyard, well this junkyard is not bad, just dont go by whats in the photos as they really dont get taken down.Its a lure to get people to go there I get it but dont be deceitful about it. Apparently, honesty is not a stronghold here.
