I'm not a fan of the 15-minute oil change due to an experience. However, when your mileage says it's time for an oil change, you go for an oil change. The guys took a look at the car and gave recommendations based on what was seen. We were kept in the loop through the process, which I appreciated and I didn't feel as if were being nickeled and dimed. Very good work for the cost. read more

I had just gotten my car "fixed" by Hoy Body Shop and they changed my tire as well. I went on vacation and as I was driving it the alert for my tire came on showing that tire they changed had low air- 19 when it should have been 35-40 I believe. I drove around thinking it must be a mistake but when driving it didn't feel tight. My dad recommended I pull over somewhere close by to have them check. I found the closest place was this particular Oil changers near westwind. As soon as I pulled up and asked them if they could look at my tire three of the workers came to look. Kenneth came and identified the problem and got on it right away. I explained I just had the tire changed and he even helped me with the phone call with the body shop. He sent pictures with his phone to try to explain to them the problem and changed my tire in a jiffy. He put on my spare in the scorching heat and invited my father and myself to sit on the cool room while we waited. I recommend this place to literally EVERYONE. I have a hard time trusting some of these businesses but I completely trust these guys and am so impressed with their service!! 10 stars!!!! read more

Cody Gomez.....technician at 7000 Westwind store greeted me upon arrival.....i advised him that I needed annual inspection. He told me that there 2-3 customers in front of me and I would have a wait time of 15-25 minutes. Wrote service order....showed me to waiting room. About 20 minutes later he advised me that inspection service was complete....paid my bill via state-of-the-art card machine...and also asked me if service was up to my expectation would I consider a tip......I was surprised at the request....but considering the service and attention I recevied...I did include a well-earned tip. I complemnnted him on his service and he advised me that mangement was present...I told both Robert and Ken...manager and asst manager.........about Cody's service....I also told them that my wife had been at the store this week and she was also very pleased with service. Consistency, courtesy and fair pricing has insured my repeat business and I will advise my clients of Oil-Changers and Cody......keep doing what you are doing!! read more

This location can get pretty busy so I recommend going early. You don't want to be in line when it's 104 out and the wait is long in the afternoon. This is the first car shop that I've seen that has a Keurig so mad bonus points for that. I went in for a Texas Inspection and it was done before I finished said coffee. read more

Waiting and waiting and waiting for what appears to be an understaffed location that does not understand the value of time. There is really no sense of urgency and most of the guys are just clowning around. No manager (assistant manager was there and I told him what I wanted and still messed up my order) on site so i suppose he is hungover too. I can expect the waiting for a doctors visit, but come on it is oil. Knock off the used car sales man shtick for the soccer moms. I don't care about the upscale since oil is oil. This is my go-to place for oil changes and car maintenance. The guys who work there are always friendly and professional and they always do an amazing job. They definitely go above and beyond and offer coupons, and additional services with your oil change that you won't get at any other place. The waiting area is clean also, which is a bonus. So close to our house and very good service. The guys here are super polite and clearly this place is popular since we went for a safety and emissions test and there were a number of people in the waitng room. The waiting room was a little small but there were plenty of seats. The total cost was around $26 and they were done in 30 minutes. On a Saturday, that's pretty quick. We left for a while and came back. We barely had to wait 5 minutes. All in all, this was quick and efficient service, we'll be back. read more

The drivers side window tint was so bad that we couldn't see out of the window. I came in just for an oil change but the mechanic offered to scrape off the old tint! They did a great job with the oil change and very quickly too. There was hardly any wait because there were no cars here on a Wednesday morning. Definitely recommend!! read more

I wish I had a good experience as people have, however, I experienced quite the opposite. The technician's broke the oil stick tube housing and my vehicle is now leaking oil. It's been a costly repair in what I thought was a simple full service oil change. I had to take my vehicle to the dealer and cancel my summer trip. I would not trust these guys. This is one of the worst places in El Paso to take your car. My wife took her car for an inspection and they said that she would have to buy new windshield wipers because the old ones were torn. I know for a fact they weren't. But we got them replaced. Two days later I took my car, but I deliberately double checked my windshield wipers not once, but twice, to make sure there were no rips at all. I immediately drove to this location (4 minutes) to get an inspection. Once I was there they took me outside to show me torn windshield wipers on my car. They are ripping people off! I am absolutely convinced they deliberately tore the wiper blades.I told them they were ripoff artists and I would take it somewhere else. This is not my only bad experience with them. They cheated me a few years ago, but I thought maybe I would give them a chance since it had been awhile. BEWARE: These people will rip you off!!!!! They are morally and ethically bankrupt!!
