This place is overall amazing! Right off the bat they squeezed us in to be able to help us. They offered us drinks upon arrival and were very nice. Danny was very friendly amazing guy. We let them know our driver side door wasn't working and they told us not to worry. After they fixed what we originally went in for, they offered to fix our door that was broken for free. The service was quick, Overall amazing experience would recommend! These workers deserve a raise for their amazing customer service. read more

Southwest Auto Glass - Business card - Auto Glass Services Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Responsive, good service and fairly priced. I recommend if you are in need of a tire replacement QUICK

Great prices and service was excellent. As well true to the minute for pick up time. Very professional staff all around.

My rearview mirror detached from the windshield because of insanely high speed bumps. I tried to fix it with two different repair kits at an auto supply store. They didn't work! SW Auto Glass Repair was actually recommended by an employee from a different auto supply shop. I brought my car first thing (0800) on Friday the day before Memorial Day holiday weekend without an appointment. The manager took my car into the garage right away and everything was taken care of in less than 30 minutes!! All employees were friendly, kind, and competent. This business in West El Paso is a gem. My experience was off the chain! Thanks so much. read more

always prompt and courteous and reasonable, even as a walk in customer, I have never been disappointed

My RV was damaged while they were working on it. If you use this place to have your windshield replaced and you leave the vehicle in their hands be aware that if or when they damage it they will find a way to blame you for the damage. The EP police wont help as far as doing a report and if you get your insurance involved SW Auto Glass will refuse to cooperate and provide their insurnace or pay for the damages. That forces you to fit the bill or get lawyers involved. If you are smart you will stay far away from here. There are far more reputable places in El Paso. read more

My Toyota Corolla had a large crack in the windshield that just kept getting larger due to the heat. I emailed Southwest Auto Glass and was able to get a quote for a full windshield replacement. I called in next day and due to Covid 19 I would have to drop off my car. Well I am still working and I only have one car. They suggested they come to me at my home. They worked with my schedule since I do get off around 230pm. They came and did the job while I stayed inside my home. It was so fast and I just have no complaints whatsoever. They gave me the proper instructions and that was it! I definitely recommend. read more

Very good experience; I had a chip on my windshield and the process was easy and quick. Great staff.

A large crack appeared on windshield out of nowhere (rock on freeway??). Not safe driving all the kids around. Southwest Auto glass was able to get me an appointment right away. They were incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of. Would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and would use again myself in future if ever needed. read more

Great customer service from all staff! I came in to have my rear view mirror attached cause it keeps falling off. Fred the manager said it was a common problem in El Paso. I didn't have to wait long either. They even cleaned the outside of my window. If my rear view mirror falls again I will definitely go back to these guys. read more

I was told to replace the windshield it would take about 3 hours, but it was completed in 1-1/2 hours. They told me what I had to do and what not to do. Very professional staff and service. Best place to have auto glass services. read more

In sociology there's this thing called The Broken Window Theory. Basically, it maintains that major crimes are often brought on by smaller environmental cues that hint toward an apathetic, uncaring population. For example, if a window of a house is broken, and is just left broken rather than fixed in short order, then soon more windows will get broken and unfixed which in turn encourages vandalism which in turn invites other crimes until before you know it your world has decended into postapocalyptic chaos that only a 1980's era Kurt Russel can save you from. Me, I had the car version of that. So I was feeling very Mad Max. Literally every vehicle in my life had developed a cracked windshield. I figured it was only a matter of time before my family and friends were slaughtered by a biker gang (for you readers over 35), or I was captured and turned into a human blood bag for a psychopath (for the more contemporary readers). Plus I was just feeling pretty ghetto about it. Time to get proactive. I did what everybody does first and called Safelite, as they seem to have bought the entire internet for their marketing so they're impossible to miss. The lady on the phone was very nice, but I was disappointed to find out that she was in Houston (or Dallas or some other far off place). I know they have a local facility, so why can't I just call THAT building? Suddenly the potential for corporate levels of bureaucratic b.s. and red tape, should I have a problem with their work, seemed very real. Next call was to Southwest Auto Glass, where I spoke to Fred at the local shop. His price quote was pretty much identical to Safelite's, but Southwest is closer, and locally owned, so I chose them. Over the course of the next 5 months I came to know Fred and the guys at SW rather well, as I brought them vehicle after vehicle- personal car, personal truck, work truck, and dad's truck. I can't speak for their mobile service, as I never used it, but they do offer it. In house though, I can tell you they are the definition of courteous, competent, and consistent. Total cost per windshield (with tax) varied from $130-$210, depending on the vehicle; that's as good or better than I could find from anyone else. They are compelled to price-match, so if you get a lower quote from someone else, just let Fred know and he'll work with you. And of course if you have full-coverage insurance you can probably get it done for free. Thanks to Fred and the guys at Southwest, the road I see through my windshield(s) now is bright and clear and apocalypse-free. Except during Friday afternoon rush hour. Hell on earth. read more

I had a crack in my window that I needed replaced and my cousin told me about Southwest Auto glass. I called and made an appointment for 4 in the afternoon and was driving away with my new, crack-free windshield before 4:30! Great service and Fred (the guy in charge) seemed really knowledgeable about the business. I can't recommend Southwest Auto Glass enough for anyone who needs auto glass work in the area. read more

I've been doing business with SW Auto Glass for over 10 years now and have always been treated professionally, respectfully and above all honestly. They stand behind their work 100% and I won't do business with any other glass company. I cracked my windshield 2 months ago in Austin and waited till I returned to El Paso to have it replaced. I don't trust anyone other than SW Glass with my vehicles. read more
