I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional. Mind you I paid extra for 5 year warranty which I am now not even getting anymore. The problem was Robert the guy in the front was nice and polite nothing against anybody else but the owner Robert
