I made an appointment for my daughter a week in advance and told them that we only had a 3 hour window between school and work but they assured us that wouldnt be a problem. Well the appointment rolls around and she shows up to be told that they had no tint. But they assured her that they would have it by 3. 3 rolls around and still no tint. The tint job was unsatisfactory, bubbles on windows. Highly recommended however when job was complete there were a lot of bubbles. When we reached out they redid it, there were still bubbles. Very unsatisfied. Sent them pictures only to be ghosted. Very unprofessional. read more

These are awesome to do your window tinting and paint protection film. They did awesome job on my car..they fitted me I after missing my appointment day due to personal reason. So what I got done was a clear bra full bumper hood mirror door pillars. Vinyl gloss roof wrap tail light tint and window tint....but my issue is I feel like once I did all that work n paid I feel like they slow to help you window the warranty work. I called on day didn't receive a call back. But when I was getting the work done they answered every call. So I went to the shop told me they where extra busy understandable...told me they would call me in thirty mins with the schedule to bring it back. A week later no call. So to me it's just funny....once they was awesome and helpful before I got it all done. Bottom line up front: take your business elsewhere if you want a quality tint job and decent customer service. I selected this business to tint the front windows of my Toyota Tacoma and my wife's Ford Escape because they are a Veteran Owned business, and I am an active duty service member. I scheduled an appointment for March 26, 2021. Dropped off the Tacoma first, then the Escape. When I went to pick up the vehicles, I inspected the job and noted what appeared to be a crease in the driver's window film on the Tacoma, as well as a 1/4" long hair in the center of the passenger window under the film. On my wife's Escape, I pointed out a crease in the driver's window film, as well as numerous spots of bubbling and contamination on the passenger's side. Upon pointing these imperfections and contaminations out to the staff, I was told they would "Go away when the film finished curing, which usually takes 3 to 5 days." I waited the full five days before rolling down the windows, and the imperfections and contamination were still there. I called the business on March 31, 2021 to explain my concerns, and was asked to bring the vehicles by to show the owner. I told him I could bring the Tacoma by to show him, but my wife was at work and couldn't bring hers by. When I arrived, I showed the staff the creases on the driver's window and the hair under the passenger window. The owner made the comment "Man you're really pulling out the microscope on me here. The creased side needs replaced, and we will do that, but the passenger side will detail out." I was told they were booked for the weekend, but if I was available Friday or Saturday (April 2 or 3) , he would call me "If he had a cancellation." I waited for a call, and never received it. The following week, I called and asked what availability there was, and was told they were booked full. Since then, I have been unable to get ahold of the business. Their voicemail is full, and I cannot leave a message. The photos show the contamination, bubbling, and creases in the tint film. To capture the images, I held a piece of white paper on the outside of the window, shined a flashlight from the inside out, and took the photo. I am explaining the process simply because the owner told me photos of window tint contamination and creases are next to impossible to capture, yet I was able to. According to the business website, they guarantee their work and it comes with a warranty. While the owner said he would replace the creased drivers window on the Tacoma, he clearly does not stand by his warranty as he has yet to accommodate me with an appointment to fix the job. He took a sarcastic tone in telling me I was "pulling out the microscope" and in doing so, implied that I was being overly demanding. Poor customer service, and a poor attitude. It has now been three weeks since the original job was completed, and two weeks since I identified the contamination, bubbles, and creases. No repair, no appointment, and a bad attitude about it. read more

These guys are great! From the very beginning, they provided excellent customer service. I called to get a quote, they asked for my vehicle make and model, let me know the ins and outs of what I could and couldn't do post tint (like no car wash interior and no rolling down the windows for 48 hours) and provided my quote. I set up and appointment with Jonathan, and took my car in today to have my windows tinted. They were quick and did an excellent job. I did not get the ceramic tint just because we have dropped quite a bit on our new car in the last week and a half, and it just wasn't in the budget, but they were extremely informative on the benefits of ceramic. I also set up an appointment with them in the next few days for a chrome delete and will update my review once that is complete. These guys are clearly about offering quality quality quality and honestly it's at a very affordable price. The shop itself was extremely clean, well kept, and the waiting area was super nice with snacks and drinks. I appreciated the comfy couches for waiting, and they even have a massage chair. These guys are doing it right for sure, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is looking to have their windows tinted, or vinyl wrapping. They are a veteran-owned business which I love to see since we are a military family, and they for sure take care of current service members. These guys are awesome!! Went in a few weeks ago and as they were working on the tint they found a scratch on the window that they didn't want to just cover up. Fast forward 2 weeks, the windows been replaced so I popped in to see if they could fit me since I was around the corner. I called to see how much it would be on doing the tint on my car for the front windows the guy had a rude tone and was being a smart ass ..I asked if I had to a schedule an appointment or if it was a first come first served ..well he didn't answer my question all he said is that they were busy so I told him I'll pass by tomorrow and he said well pass by right now when he had mention they were busy and Told him I was at work that I could go tomorrow and the guy was being so sarcastic saying well we are always busy and people who schedule come first and I get that part but when u don't get the option of scheduling an appointment and all you get is the round about is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..:idk how good they are but if this is the type of service they provide to the customer can't imagine what kind of work they'll do read more

Wow! Absolutely enjoyable experience! Walked in for a quote, walked out with beautiful tint. I had been researching a business to tint my "new to me " car for two weeks. "Yelp" had wonderful reviews on a different tinting professional. However, Google had about 90+ reviews on PLATINUM TINT ALL WITH 5 STARS! So... Of course I had to check them out! I walked in for a quote and I was educated on the differences of regular verses ceramic tint. After about 2 hours I walked out with beautiful tint! They offer student and military discounts, but that is not the best part. The best and most valuable part to me is the quality and the customer service they provide. The quality of the service shows on the application of the tint and the customer service shows in the luxurious waiting room that they offer their clients! They offer student discounts and military discounts but I wasn't there for the discounts if I wanted discounted work I would have bought film at AutoZone and had my cousin install it. I was there for quality and they have it. I love the tint. Outstanding work! I say check them out! It doesn't hurt to go by and get a quote at least. read more

Horrible customer service. Husband called about getting darker tint on his vehicle due to recent prk eye surgery. The guy immediately was insinuating my husband was lying about this and said he would of appreciated if my husband just said he wanted dark tint and didn't make up a story. Like ????
