I discovered this neon yellow foam sprayed and STUCK all down the passenger and underneath sides of my car. I tried a drive-thru car wash. Then I scrubbed one panel for over an hour and a half. Finally, I took my car to RSJ and they were able to get my car clean.* They were so kind. They gave me a fair quote. They did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I will use them again and recommend you do as well! *They need to use a clay bar to remove the small amount of residue from the foam. Unfortunately, they were out. But what's funny is that a buddy of mine submitted a review just like im doing and now he's getting calls from this shop and is noticing the same truck and car parked out front of this establishment passing by slowly at his house. Im guessing it's a scare tactic. But one thing is bad service and the other is becoming a threat at your place of resident. I asked Chris which was the legal limit which he said was 35%z I was charged $250 for both the front and back windows. It was their higher level of tint quality of Carbon which has UV protection and about 45% protection from the sun and heat. They have 3 different levels of tint levels. I'm unsure of how good the quality is but the tint shade on display in their office matched the outcome on my car. So I would say it's good. I was a bit let down with the timing and payment process. Chris told me it would take about 3 hours and I even dropped off the car 15 minutes earlier than my appointment. Almost 4 hours later, I had to reach out about its completion and that's when they told me it was done. I also inquired if they close at 4pm in order to make sure I got a ride back in time to pick up my car. He confirmed said yes to 4pm, but their hours on the door says until 5:30pm. Then Chris wasn't there for payment but they gave me the key back for my car from someone who I was could only assume worked for Chris because he said he would call me for payment. Chris called soon after and asked if I would be comfortable giving the card numbers over the phone for payment. I said no to which he offered if I just wanted to wait for him. I said I would wait but then soon after decided to offer to send a Square payment link via text. I agreed to that and had to wait on the phone for the payment link. You got a confirmation email for your receipt. There's a 3% charge for using credit card as well.
