Came in to get my friends tint done on their car as an early birthday present and customer service by the general manager, Yvonne, was absolutely phenomenal! We were about 15 minutes late to our appointment due to traffic and she completely understood after I called ahead saying we would be late. Immediately confirmed our appointment and what was requested and they immediately got to work. While waiting they had WiFi and snacks and drinks or even said if we wanted to leave they could contact us when the vehicle was ready. I have another appointment next week for the car and had some questions and she explained things and when I initially was going to upgrade my appointment services and heard the price she immediately noticed and gave me an alternate option that still met what l was looking for over half the price and updated my appointment request. The expert technicians, Octavio and Johan, who applied the tint did an amazing job on the tint. I initially had them add on 5% tint to the top of the windshield but when we went to look at the work when they were finished my friend wasn't a fan and they were polite and understood when l asked to have it removed. This only took maybe 3-5 minutes and they even took the charge for the initial installation off. I am more than extremely satisfied with my all around experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in El Paso as a place to get your tiny and more done. read more

PLEASE READ: 10/10 recommend for auto tint. Bottom line, these guys really do care about you and the product they provide. When you go with the EP TintWorld team you aren't just getting the product you purchase, you also get the service to back it up.   I had my windows tinted with the team a few months back, and I am quite happy with the service. The team did an exceptional job helping me pick out the quality and shade of tint that was right for me. Paige was very patient with me and showed me a few examples on cars they had at the shop. I waited in the showroom while they finished my car (took about 2.5 hours to do 5 windows and the brow). If you decide to wait, they have some snacks, waters, and sodas there for you if needed.   I had some issues with a couple of the windows and had them redone. They only do warranty work during the week so be prepared for that if it's required. I had some concerns about a few areas and brought it to their attention. They explained to me why/how things like this happen on window film and without hesitation replaced the windows. They even replaced another one without me asking. There are a dozen places around town that you could choose. If you choose these guys there's no worry about quality, they will do it right. read more

I love Tint World El Paso! Last summer I requested a home visit to have my rec room windows tinted and met with owner Alex Guerrero. I was skeptical after talking to multiple contractors and was very impressed with his presentation and sincerity. Better yet, I was thrilled after his team completed a challenging job that required indoor scaffolding. I don't remember his name but the tint specialist was excellent (Alex, please acknowledge him, I met him again in the shop this week). Impressed with their effort and outcome, I followed up to have my Expedition tinted all around. When entering their immaculate shop you are cheerfully greeted by Hailey and Elianna. All options are carefully presented, with advice on what's acceptable. Invoicing and scheduling are electronic and secure. Once booked I arrived early and in a few short hours they were done. The outcome is a HUGE upgrade on a vehicle I already loved. I'll be back with more business and I highly recommend their services. read more

I recently took my new truck to Tint World for window tinting because the factory tint wasn't providing enough protection from the intense sun and heat we experience in the New Mexico and El Paso area. From my first visit through the completion of the installation, the team at Tint World was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the available options, and ensure I was comfortable with the process. The quality of both the workmanship and materials exceeded my expectations. The tint was installed flawlessly, and the difference in comfort and glare reduction is immediately noticeable. Outstanding customer service, excellent communication, and top-quality work made this one of the best service experiences I've had. I highly recommend Tint World to anyone looking for professional window tinting and exceptional results. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done. My truck looks great, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. read more

I had a great experience at Tint World and want to give a special shoutout to Yvonne for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and took the time to explain all of my options clearly without ever being pushy. Yvonne's professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. She made sure everything went smoothly and followed up to ensure I was happy with the final result. It's rare to come across someone that genuinely cares about the customer experience like she does. The tint job itself was flawless, clean lines, great quality, and exactly what I was hoping for. My car looks amazing, and the interior stays much cooler now. You can tell the team at Tint World takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Tint World, especially if you get the chance to work with Yvonne. She truly made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. read more

The service was great. The customer service was phenomenal! As I waited for my vehicle, I was asked several times if I needed anything. They offered cold water, drinks, and snacks as I waited. The waiting area was comfortable, clean restrooms and A/C. I was also offered an uber to travel to and from tint world within a 5 mile radius so I could run my errands or get some food. The ride share was free. I still decided to walk down to Applebee's after the uber offer. As I walked a quarter of the way towards Applebee's, the owner recognized me and gave me a ride the rest of the way there. I'm telling you, the best customer service ever!! I looked at almost all of the larger shops in El Paso for tinting on a new Buick Encore GX. Tint World was selected due to their super clean shop and great communication with Alex the owner. Scheduling and payment was easy and I was kept up to date on all activity. Alamo said they do 40 cars a day and I asked where do you park them all when ready for pick up - seems I'd be going back for door ding and paint repairs later so no thanks. Tint World has a relaxed atmosphere and they take the time to complete the job without rushing or incident. Great place for tint and other things like car wrap and audio. read more

Alex, Miriam and the entire crew are awesome. They always go above and beyond for my vehicles. I just purchased a new X5M Competition in Isle of Man Green Metallic and had to send it back to the best team. They did tint and ppf to help protect the interior and the paint that is beyond hard to match. I also had them protect the front windshield with the new Xpel window protection film to avoid the expensive replacement. Thanks again and I will definitely continue doing business with Tint World El Paso for years to come. read more
