Came in to get my friends tint done on their car as an early birthday present and customer service by the general manager, Yvonne, was absolutely phenomenal! We were about 15 minutes late to our appointment due to traffic and she completely understood after I called ahead saying we would be late. Immediately confirmed our appointment and what was requested and they immediately got to work. While waiting they had WiFi and snacks and drinks or even said if we wanted to leave they could contact us when the vehicle was ready. I have another appointment next week for the car and had some questions and she explained things and when I initially was going to upgrade my appointment services and heard the price she immediately noticed and gave me an alternate option that still met what l was looking for over half the price and updated my appointment request. The expert technicians, Octavio and Johan, who applied the tint did an amazing job on the tint. I initially had them add on 5% tint to the top of the windshield but when we went to look at the work when they were finished my friend wasn't a fan and they were polite and understood when l asked to have it removed. This only took maybe 3-5 minutes and they even took the charge for the initial installation off. The service was great. The customer service was phenomenal! As I waited for my vehicle, I was asked several times if I needed anything. They offered cold water, drinks, and snacks as I waited. The waiting area was comfortable, clean restrooms and A/C. I was also offered an uber to travel to and from tint world within a 5 mile radius so I could run my errands or get some food. The ride share was free. I still decided to walk down to Applebee's after the uber offer. As I walked a quarter of the way towards Applebee's, the owner recognized me and gave me a ride the rest of the way there. I'm telling you, the best customer service ever!! I looked at almost all of the larger shops in El Paso for tinting on a new Buick Encore GX. Tint World was selected due to their super clean shop and great communication with Alex the owner. Scheduling and payment was easy and I was kept up to date on all activity. Alamo said they do 40 cars a day and I asked where do you park them all when ready for pick up - seems I'd be going back for door ding and paint repairs later so no thanks. I would not recommend any other store for your Window tint services or Paint protection needs. I have a '20 White Subaru wrx and got my front windshield w/Brow and both side windows tinted on my car. First time had a couple flaws with the tint and came back 5days later. The owner takes pride in their work and offered to replace them without a second thought.
