Anthony Miranda was very nice when I first went to the shop and made an appointment for 1-27-2022 to have my windshield replaced. On the day of my replacement I went to drop my car off and Robi called Anthony and he asked her to see if I could reschedule I explained I took off work to have it done. He could of called me earlier to reschedule before I showed up. So Robi let me know the car should be done a little after 5:00. I showed up a little before and the car had not been touched. When he came in and started my car is when his attitude changed to very rude like it was my fault. Finally at 6:30 the car was done. I said good bye and thank you and their was no response from Anthony. On Friday the 4th I noticed a trim piece on the top of the roof was not on properly and a piece of seal was flapping. Also the cover for the wires on rear view mirror was missing. I went to a car part store on the mirror to make sure it was missing and he said yes. On 1-31-22 I went to talk to Anthony about the trim and missing piece. I explained the car part shop had said it was missing. He dismissed me and said people see all kinds of things and think things are wrong. He repeated this over and over. The trim on top of the car he bent back to connect it and then just cut the rubber seal off with a knife, which was not damaged before. No apology or explanation. Never offered to look for piece or replace the seal. on 2-2-22 called Boreman Autoplex about the piece for the mirror and they gave me a part number. I went back to talk to him but to my surprise it looked closed because the garage doors were closed. I went up to the door and it was open. Robi said he was gone and this was at 4:00pm. I asked when he would be back and said he was off the next two days but their was no one to do installs. I am sure the company would appreciate the Branch Supervisor just taking his days off with no concern for the business. with out Robi you would not have a business. I explained what happened and she ordered the piece for my mirror. She is an awesome employee and loves her job. I have been in customer service my entire career and would never have Branch Supervisor like Anthony or as a regular employee to represent my company. He reflects the blame on the customer and is so rude! read more

bad experience with this company due to the fact that the manager (Anthony) booked me for 1230, I arrived at 1215 and no one was at the shop. I waited 45 minutes while they were trying to figure out which employee was going to be the one to work on my car. I let the Anthony know I was from out of town and needed to get to an appt in 2 hours. Long story short he left and by the time they started the car I missed my appt. He said he would compensate me by using the 30 min urethane instead of 60. He later said they charge $40 for the 30 min one. I was really surprised since I know that's not something a shop charges for. Last but not least he said I didn't mention I just had my windshield replaced 2 days ago, which I did. The glue from the previous repair was still fresh and he told me I should of said something. He then remembered and said he thought I said I had changed the windshield two times instead of 2 days ago. After back to back inconveniences he said he would give me a discount. Turns out it was 7 dollars. I said can you please make it an even 15 dollars and he said no because he had already given me 50 percent and what not but the price he gave me initially was what everyone else had quoted me. I told the manager that $7 wasn't anything and he stormed off and drove away. He didn't say anything and we were left to speak with the receptionist. The receptionist was great help, only good thing about the business. She should be the manager since she was level headed and tried to help. We were all confused because he started blaming her for everything. As a manager it is your job to be professional. I would rather pay an extra 100 for this service than deal with a disappointment experience. read more
