I have used the same quote package for our project signs in 7 states with very little modification for the last 12 years and I have never had so many issues with communication. Since we had a revision from the home office, I rewrote the instructions much more specifically, and they got the colors, layout and lettering correct (which is the only reason I added 2 stars), but not the material on which it was printed. I spoke to them on the phone several times during this process, but when I expressed that the product was NOT what I ordered, I was told that I was wrong. Additionally, we had some aluminum number plates ordered for daily counts. Every other place I have ever ordered from have provided stamped, clean edged finished plates with centered numbers. These plates are bent, not square at the corners, letters are cut off, and looks like they were cut with tin snips. Overpriced for what was provided.

I was so excited to see the final product only to be let down by the subpar workmanship done by ATD. They even redid my side fenders after the first time had poor cuts and over stretched for my PPF. The pictures posted are of the 2nd time around with bubbling all over the vehicle. Solargard uses subpar products but their authorized dealers are even worse. Solargard does not stand behind their products and it shows passing the buck back to their authorized dealers who fail to respond. After sending two emails requesting a refund due to living out of state they responded a month later saying I have the wrong email address and that another ATD is not associated with this one. Funny this is their email is clearly listed on ATDs website. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company due to no response. The merchant (ATD) never responded to them and case was closed. Point in case this business cannot be trusted for anything. Enjoy your chargeback from my credit card company and losing a large amount of money and product. Should have done the right thing and settled like a professional business would have. Save your time and money and go with a reputable product like XPEL and their authorized dealers!!! Don't be fooled like I was after seeing the high end cars in their shop!!! Pictures are solid proof they are not capable of the job!!

But if you are looking for beautiful stationary type paper, this is your place. Terrific supply of office needs too. We had some printing done there and while the cards look nice it did take a bit longer than one would expect from an in house printer. And the "design" fee to place a pre-prepared logo on a blank inside card seemed a bit much. I will certainly use them for the nice paper we need for printing documents at the office. But I am gonna shop around for a better printing place.

I…read morefound it strange, but the people at the county building said to prepare for some of the rudest people ever and of course I just brushed it off, thinking that how bad could it actually be? I have never been there before and I walked in and found it to be a very clean establishment and I walked up to the customer service section and was asked if I was here to pick up an order and I said no I just needed some paperwork and the lady said it's over there in that other section. I wasn't exactly sure which document I needed and so I went back to her. I said can you help me out and she goes just look at whatever the label says on the copy you have and go look for that name. I must say this is hands-down one of the most unprofessional businesses that have ever been to. it's kind of strange because everybody's striving for business and everybody complains when local businesses aren't getting enough business to stay up and running, but I have to admit the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. Unless it's absolutely necessary I will never visit this establishment again and will tell absolutely everybody I know to avoid it as well.
