I had made an appointment with Safelite for the repair (online) but the earliest I could get in was Saturday (the day I had to drive back) and I didn't know how long it would take. I looked online and found Ray's. I called this morning and they were incredibly friendly, looked up my vehicle information and got me a quote within 15min. While they were booked up Friday and Saturday, when I told them I was leaving on Saturday, they fit me Friday morning. I just headed down the shop and left the car. My car was ready for pickup by 2:30 and looked fantastic! They had also vacuumed up the front for me:) Everyone was very nice and professional. I would completely recommend the shop!

There were snarky responses to normal questions, side-eyeing, and an overall dismissive attitude that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. It felt as though simply asking for clarification was somehow an annoyance. Being affordable doesn't excuse poor customer service. When someone chooses to spend their money with a local business, they should at least be treated with courtesy and respect--not made to feel like they're bothering the owner by asking reasonable questions. I wanted to support a local business, but the way I was treated completely changed my opinion of this shop. Based on my experience, I wouldn't return or recommend them to others.

We had some issues with our insurance company providing a tow and Tristan immediately jumped in and sent a reliable tow within a few hours. Once the repair was complete, they arranged to drop off my SUV for us - we weren't going to be able to pick it up for a couple of days and they were low on space, but still, it was a huge life saver and so awesome of them. And then, these angels fixed up a bad scratch on the rear of my SUV that wasn't even related to the original accident. They just saw a bad scratch and fixed that while they were doing the paint work on the front bumper. Absolute angels - I had been stressing about getting it fixed and had gotten a quote from Caliber to fix the scratch (Caliber quoted me hundreds of dollars). PS, the Telshor Caliber is the worst - I had worked with them before and refused to go back. So, anyway, when I saw they just painted over the scratch without even a second thought, I couldn't handle it. They saved me hundreds and dollars and time having to deal with it. Last, they gave my SUV a super professional deep clean before dropping it off. I know it's not uncommon for body shops to give the car a wash before handing it back, but this was above and beyond the standard wash. My SUV looked brand new, inside and out, when they were done. They are all around, a class act. Businesses just don't operate like these guys anymore and I'm so lucky I found them!!

I first started communicating with D2 05/30/2023, no response. I had to follow up and request a…read morequote again on 07/06. I have used the same quote package for our project signs in 7 states with very little modification for the last 12 years and I have never had so many issues with communication. Since we had a revision from the home office, I rewrote the instructions much more specifically, and they got the colors, layout and lettering correct (which is the only reason I added 2 stars), but not the material on which it was printed. I spoke to them on the phone several times during this process, but when I expressed that the product was NOT what I ordered, I was told that I was wrong. Additionally, we had some aluminum number plates ordered for daily counts. Every other place I have ever ordered from have provided stamped, clean edged finished plates with centered numbers. These plates are bent, not square at the corners, letters are cut off, and looks like they were cut with tin snips. Overpriced for what was provided.
