This body shop does excellent work. My car looks like I just drove it off the show room.

Worst customer service ever. Not happy with the work they did on my bumper. Very sloppy. Once i pointed out the flaws they argued with me.

Take 5 Oil Change

Due to the recent flooding in Dona Ana, a piece of my car (not really a necessary shield) was hanging down, and they fixed it for me! Quickly and efficiently. They were helpful, polite, gave me a refreshing water, and cleaned my window. Top marks for these kind individuals!!

Everyone was incredibly nice and informative no complaints there. When I had left the shop my car had a problem where it wouldn't go anymore. It was fully in limp mode. It would start and run but the gas wouldn't rev the engine or anything. I only made it like 150-200ft from the shop. Two very nice construction guys helped me push it out of the way. Anyway, I walked back up to the shop and explained the issue. The staff were very responsive and kind about the situation even though I was visibly frustrated but trying to keep my composure. They immediately jumped under the hood trying to find the issue. We got my car back into the bay and they spent some more time to find out what was wrong. It's still a complete mystery I guess but they replaced my air filter and that seemed to fix the problem (my current one was still good which is why it's a mystery) My car is perfectly fine now there was nothing damaged and they did refund my service for the inconvenience which I did appreciate. The staff handled the entire situation professionally and efficiently so I really don't have anything negative to say about the experience. Things like this happen sometimes but the way it's handled is what really matters.

As the self-professed International Ambassador for 7Eleven stores worldwide, I'm always interested…read morein checking out the competition (nota bene: I don't actually work for or have any financial interest in the 7Eleven corporation, franchises, or any of its affiliates; my title is strictly for entertainment purposes only and no bailment is created, caveat emptor, implied warranty of merchantability may or may not apply, consult your physician if you experience any adverse symptoms, not a paid spokesperson, not an attorney, and not that kind of doctor, etc. etc.) Now then, this particularl Pic Quik is a clean little store just off the I-10, and really close to our Hampton Inn hotel (see my other review... they have a great water slide and your kids will love it, if its open; otherwise, I suggest you do everything you can to ensure your kids don't find out about it, or it's all they'll talk about all the way to White Sands NP). Inexpensive gasoline, and relatively few "hard luck story" panhandlers during my brief stop; again, my experience of expensive fuel and expensive bums is SoCal related, so your comparison may vary. I thought for a minute while I was there: "Hey, it's 8 AM, it's 38°F outside, I'm on vacation... I'm getting a breakfast burrito!" But my wife, who can read minds (especially mine) knocked on the window of my truck while I was gassing up and mouthed "NO!" But if you wanted a burrito, or you know, if your wife isn't psychic, there's a little joint inside that makes burritos, and they smelled pretty good when I went in to get some waters for our long road trip that lay ahead. As roadside gas station convenience stores, go, this place was pretty good. And the restroom inside was clean and stocked, so it's already better than 90% of similarly targeted businesses in Arizona and California east of Hemet. I'll probably stop in here again on my next big roadtrip on the 10. And if my wife isn't with me, I'm totally getting that burrito.

Good people, good service - I'm happy with the work they performed for me on my old truck.read more

I had used this shop previously and had work done without issue, which is why I trusted them with…read moresuch a major repair. Unfortunately, after this experience--and especially after dealing directly with the owner--I will not return and cannot recommend this business to others. The shop was paid approximately $17,000 for the work performed. Despite the owner's response implying otherwise, the attempted credit card dispute was done paying 5,000 on top of the 12,0000 driving the truck home and oil leaking all over my driveway, it was unsuccessful and they received their payment. My original review was actually quite restrained. I didn't detail every issue because my intention wasn't to damage a small business; it was simply to share my experience. The truck was there approximately three months after we were initially told 6-8 weeks, the final cost was significantly higher than the highest amount originally discussed, we experienced repeated delays at pickup, and after driving the truck less than 10 miles home, it had to be returned to the shop. The shop arranged the towing company that damaged our tonneau cover during that return trip. We were promised it would be replaced, and it still has not been. What ultimately changed my opinion of this business was how the situation was handled afterward. Rather than acknowledging that our experience fell short, the owner's public response characterized our expectations as "unrealistic" and disclosed details about our transaction while presenting several events very differently from how they occurred. I don't expect a business to be perfect. I do expect professionalism, communication, accountability, and follow-through--especially after spending approximately $17,000. Based on my experience with both the repair process and the owner afterward, I would not bring another vehicle here, and I would caution others considering a major repair to make sure estimates, authorizations, timelines, and promises are documented in writing.
