I had made an appointment with Safelite for the repair (online) but the earliest I could get in was Saturday (the day I had to drive back) and I didn't know how long it would take. I looked online and found Ray's. I called this morning and they were incredibly friendly, looked up my vehicle information and got me a quote within 15min. While they were booked up Friday and Saturday, when I told them I was leaving on Saturday, they fit me Friday morning. I just headed down the shop and left the car. My car was ready for pickup by 2:30 and looked fantastic! They had also vacuumed up the front for me:) Everyone was very nice and professional. I would completely recommend the shop!

When someone chooses to spend their money with a local business, they should at least be treated with courtesy and respect--not made to feel like they're bothering the owner by asking reasonable questions. Our insurance didn't cover, so we knew we anticipated having to fork over a lot of pennies. I went on Next Door and One Stop and Safelite amongst some others were recommended. Got a few quotes, but NOTHING compared to the competitive pricing One Stop offered. Not to mention, their reviews were excellent and customer service from start to finish, on the phone and in-person was top notch. We were sold! Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come back haha...but if I need to or know anyone else who needs to, I'm recommending these guys! They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Since our vehicle was newer and has some tech features, it also needed to be recalibrated which can get cost. Easy peasy for these guys! Our vehicle was ready sooner than the estimated time too!
